Bed was so uncomfortable with 3 pancakes for pillows. Room was dingey. We checked out at 2am and complained about the poor quality of the bed. We were not offered any compensation, only told that they would "make a note of it". We won't be back.

This is quite an old hostel. At this low price, everything is just very basic and you can't expect too much. The good things about this hostel is that they provide free simple breakfast and the hostel is near to the airport/ Canadian Aviation Museum.

Dirty room, outdated furniture, beds and pillows are dirty with hair on it. Bathubs are dirty. Towels are absolutely horrendous with the smell and stain mark on it. Its a torture staying here. The only positive experience was how the staff welcomed us during check in. After that it was all nightmare
