Property was right across from Windsor Castle which was great. Facia was being renovated so there was scaffolding in front, but it did not affect our view. There were some minor issues on check in, the shower head was a little awkwardly positioned, and they did not have a do not disturb sign for the handle. We asked for our room to not be cleaned, but it was cleaned.

Everything about this hotel is bad would advise no one to book here. Unclean , bad customer service , shocking and hotels.com are no better

Property is going through major maintenance with scaffolding interrupting our views of Windsor Castle - this was the main reason for us selecting the hotel. Disappointing not to be told in advance. We were not giving the right room as we had booked and was at the back of the hotel, but this was quickly changed. Breakfast was not prepared and there was confusion as to the start time.

One of the best hotels in the UK for experiencing UK life and historic royal landmarks. The hotel is showing its age a little in places, but honestly that is part of its charm.

The hotel is located right by the castle and has a lovely view. The building it’s self is beautiful and all the staff were great!! We will definitely be staying again! Perfect for a night in Windsor

Clean hotel with excellent customer services
I booked a twin room but was given a double room. So I told the staff at the reception desk and Haroon immediately sent a female staff to check a clean twin room in exchange for the wrongly assigned double room. So the fault was rectified instantly and the room was very clean too. A lady staff, Ash, was very helpful and informed me that if I needed extra things (like sachets of coffee and tea, body gel, etc) I could let her know and she would attend to me right away. The TV wasn't working at first, so she contacted a technician to sort out the matter for me. Ash is diligent, attentive to details, and her customer service was excellent!
