My family really enjoyed the fresh breakfast options- sausage, eggs, toast, bagels and yogurt, in addition to the pastries!! We also enjoyed the comfortable beds. A definite hit...we will return again :)

The room was nicely cleaned. I called the property for early check in and was advised that I would be able to come early. I got there an hour later and was told something different. I was told to come back after noon. I came back after three and was asked by the same clerk where I had been for so long. He then said that the room was not ready although the parking lot was practically empty. I said let me call Amex to remove the charge and in less than two minutes he said no need to cancel. These people didn’t check in. I will give you a room now. Totally unacceptable!

Good and comfy.
Need overnight stay. Good hotel and location. Clean room and public spaces. Breakfast decent, good to make toast, grab fruit, eat and go. Good yogurt selection. Easy check in and receptionist was helpful with directions. Pillows lumpy and kind of hard but bed was comfy. Fridge was already cold. Shower pressure not great but it was for one night. Returning in two weeks. Thanks.

Pool was out of service, we did not know until after we paid and checked in. Breakfast sausage and potatoes were cold. Noisy, kids running the halls and yelling until midnight. I had to complain for it to stop! The toilets are so old and low to the ground. Not worth the money!!

NO ELEVATOR!! Stairs & railings were dirty and the main floor rooms are more expensive. I felt like I was back in my res days, when I went to U of W. There were stains on the duvet, as well as on the curtains, and walls. Damage on the walls & ceiling. Furniture was broken & looked like they picked it up off the side of the road. Bathroom faucet was mixed up - hot was cold & cold was hot. Honestly, I didn't want to touch anything. There is a free breakfast but there was a football team who landed like a pack of wolves & ate everything in sight. Another reason it felt like residence days. Also the seating is quite small. The run off area is essentially a forgotten storage area. The staff was good but it felt like the choice of last resort. The corporate owners obviously have not made any investments in upgrading or maintaining the facility. The pool & gym have been non-operational for 4 years.
