Great stay but not sure why the fridge is on floor
With the switch to Hilton (have been stopping this hotel (Wingate) for years and Hilton did a great job of remodeling many improvements my only concern is that the fridge (in the room (from my last two stays) is on tha ground where you need to kneel to have access. Not sure why they did this as there is plenty of room for the small fridge on a shelf that is in the same cabinet.

I would have given a 5 star for the staff.. but the young man behind the front desk didn't introduce himself to me and I couldn't see that he was setting way below the top of the counter.. so i just stood there thinking where is everyone? that was totally unprofessional and I also thought it was kind of weird... rhonda tracey
