very cool hotel downtown with a lot of history.great restaurants within 10 min walk. Very friendly staff. Did not like forced parking charge. Not a game changer, but will use of free parking next time.

This hotel had great character. I love how they kept it true to the times by not changing so much inside. It’s such a wonderful little town with so many things to do and see I would highly recommend staying here. It is disappointing that they charge for parking, but what can you do

The heat in my room was not working. The front desk lady came to help me with the thermostat but it was not fixed. She really tried. The bedding looked and felt old. It did not look that clean. The carpet in the hallways and rooms are dirty and old. They need to be replaced. The staff at the bar/cafe was great. Too bad there were is no restaurant opened before 4:00pm.

Room was a good size. Price was great. The bar was quaint and the entertainment was excellent. The restaurant was conveniently located in the lower level of the hotel - which was a plus because it was very cold out. I would definitely stay there again.

Highly recommend!

We stayed in the King suite and it was wonderful! Gas fireplace. Beautiful beautifully decorated and very clean. We had a great day. The town of Winchester is wonderful.
