Very clean hotel!! Front desk staff was friendly. Bed was quite firm, so if you're used to something soft it might be uncomfortable for you. I do wish there had been a fan setting on the heating/cooling unit. I like to have a little white noise to drown out exterior noise while I sleep. The area seemed very safe and was close to several places to eat.

The noise from Interstate 81 was overwhelming in our highway facing room. Ask for a room on the backside of the hotel! Their handicapped accessible rooms were equipped with bathtubs that were not a match for my needs of a low entry shower. However, the management was apologetic and the facility was very clean.

Reviews do help as can confirm this hotel had NO excessive fragrances, updated rooms and was one of the cleanest. Was hot breakfast (sure wish had bacon lol). Only complaint which is minor as could have gone and gotten more yet too tired is could have used some extra towels in the room. We did not bother eating out yet plenty of places and even an Aldi's in same location

They have hot coffee and tea at all hours. I wish they also provided hot chocolate. Secondly, the hand sanitizer stations have perfumed sanitizer. It is awful. Otherwise the stay was perfect.
