Like most Hilton properties, Tru was clean, modern, and comfortable. As we’d stayed in a Tru before, we were prepared to not have a coffee maker in the room (brought our own!) The only thing that kept it from being 5 stars was… a master light switch. In the middle of the night, the bathroom light wouldn’t turn on. After visiting the front desk, I was informed that the master light switch in the hallway controlled the bathroom lights. Made for overly-complicated midnight bathroom trips, taking our phones with us for light. This master switch information should have been disclosed on check in.

For the quality of a Tru hotel this one was not up to par, very very noisy at night late into the night, the room and bed seemed old and not in the best of shape the automatic shade was ripped and did not open more than half way, breakfast was kind of horrible, no waffle machine machine no fresh fruit and no selection whatsoever, slightly disappointed

Week long stay

Came to Wilson on business and was told this was one of the best hotels to stay in. Was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the room itself, I’d say any time I come back here for any business or pleasure I will be staying here. Plus the staff were very nice and very attentive.

Dint smell the pillows

Thr room was perfect..bathroom clean, check in o and check out good also.. Only has artificial creamers for coffee..ask for dairy fir coffee..had 1% that curdled in my coffee..Husband pillow smelled like dirty scalp..Other than that is was good

Lovely Hotel and Staff

This hotel was really nice and the staff was even nicer. The hotel has a nice contemporary look to it. The parking was good, the staff was excellent, and the rooms were nice and clean. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again and recommend others do the same.

House keeping lady helpful. Front desk alright. Dont like there isn't a microwave in the room. That means you have to come down on the elevator with your food to warm it up from the comfortable of your room. Meaning you have to put on clothes . It wouldn't be so bad if there where microwave on every floor like washing machines. For the convens.

Housekeeping needs more attention

Hotel is new and generally nice however housekeeping needs more attention. The soap container in the bathroom for my room was empty as well as the shampoo in the shower. Clearly housekeeping did not check. Also the laminate floor in our room was not vacuumed properly as dirt would accumulate on my feet while walking around

This is a new hotel. Very clean and modern. Close to restaurants and shopping. Great staff and service. Only negative for us is that it’s not right off the I-95. It’s a 5-7 minute drive in town off the highway. Having said that, we would still stay again.
