The staff was EXCELLENT. It was a very quiet hotel. The rooms were clean. The pool was nice. Breakfast was awesome. Shopping was within a walkable distance.

The staff was very friendly, polite, and eager to help. The room was clean but somewhat worn, especially the bathroom. But when we told the staff that the bathroom was difficult to slide and didn’t close all the way they were very receptive to the news and said that they’d fix it right away.

Pretty crap to be honest.

Booked us into a dirty room and had to move us to a clean room. Double charged our accounts. Had no extra pillows available ever. Ran out of key ingredients for breakfast. Like butter for any of the carb items which is most of all they have. Then before we even checked out the cleaning staff came into the room while we were still packing up. Cleaning staff and breakfast staff were very nice but the front desk were pretty incompetent.
