Reserved 2 rooms upon arrival homeless people in the lobby, checked rooms room 1 was ok and room 2 smelled bad of mold . They did change our room out to a better room (no mold) . Thru out the stay drug deals and random people all over. 2nd night of stay the toilet which was moving slow since we arrived over flowed at 1030pm at night. The front desk literally told us to come get the plunger and towels to clean it ourselves . I couldn’t believe it so I called myself and they stated there was no one to come because it’s late . I then asked for a different room as the water was all over the bathroom and within 5 minutes someone was there to clear it. Overall it’s should be listed that people live in this hotel and there is a lot of riff raff in the area

We were downgraded from a king to 2 doubles. Room had a musty, moldy smell. Stains on the comforters. Dirt in the sheets Bathroom fan ridiculously loud. Sad excuse for a Continental breakfast.

The staff was the worst. We asked for pillows and towels and waited 2 hours and then we were told they didn’t have time for that (their exact words). We called ahead to ask if the pool was ready. We were told it was ready, but it was dark green when we got there. We asked about the picnic area for the grills and were told they were fine, but there was a post where one of the grills used to be and the other had so many holes in it that it couldn’t even be covered with aluminum foil. There was mold all in the bath. The freezer was frozen solid and there was no room for groceries. When we asked for a refund, we were told that’s not possible and that we were actually getting charged for checking out early. We contacted Expedia and were told they would communicate with the property to see if they could get us a refund and we were told yes, but then harassed by the property owners and told that no one works at the property that goes by the name that Expedia spoke with. We were charged over $350 and had to sleep in our car for the one night we did stay. There was duct tape holding the door handle together and construction work going on the floor below us.

The room I booked was not available nor was it habitable. Walking into the room the bed qas not made, towels were outside the door. There was trash on the tv stand and counters, there was an extra toilet just sitting in the room and a plunger in the other toilet. It looked as if someone was sleeping there already. I do not understand how the staff is not aware of room conditions. Even when i was assigned another room there was pee stains on the toilet seat. Also there was no breakfast available in the morning.

Worst place to stay in… the pool was closed, the breakfast was terrible and the room was dirty and smelly. The sheets were stained, the floor wasn’t clean I mean just terrible in every aspect. Never staying here again.

There were roaches in the rooms. Some fixtures in the room were old and broken. The pool was green, they should have just drained it. The breakfast only had limited waffle mix, cereal,a few pieces of toast. The juice machine worked and there was coffee.

One of the nastiest places we’ve stayed! Staff was horrible and rude, was a hassle to get towels each night!! Room stink.. bathrooms dirty.. breakfast was nonexistent!! Small Blood spots on the blanket on the bed! Floors looked like they hadn’t been mopped in a year! Bathroom was nasty!! If I’d looked at the room before we payed we would’ve went elsewhere to stay!!!! Stay away from this hotel the pictures online look nothing like the actual place they have to be edited and photoshopped

My apartment door wouldn’t lock after being transferred to another bedroom. There was no towels. The coffee machine didn’t work. There was an iron but not an ironing board for breakfast. The orange juice taste like water. Staff was nice. There was a swimming pool in sight that was completely green not in use, but just the appearance of the hotel made it seem real inadequate. Grass hadn’t been been cut but was able to sleep good! There’s a lot of work has to be done to the hotel and was not very satisfying. Wish it could’ve been better which is why the one star that was given.

This room was filthy and I want a refund. I was not even able to stay in it. I cannot hotel.com and they’re not responding to me. I personally would not use hotel.com again or stay at this hotel the room was filthy and had urine and dirty towels in the bathroom.

The tub had mold surrounding it. When we first arrived the room smelled like marijuana. We arrive very late and was told the room with king size bed was not available. He gave us 2 double beds made it seem like he was doing me a favor. We didn’t try to eat breakfast there until the day we were checking out. The food was horrible so Was the Coffee and for the cereal they offered only skim milk. There were no eggs no fresh fruit. Also the ice machine was broken! I had to buy my own facial tissues as well. This was not a good representation of the brand Wyndham and if I were them would not associate my name with that hotel.
