So i booked my room thru Expedia 250 dollar deposit is a little much in my opinion but i paid it so. When i get to the hotel im giving my car to go to my room but a little problem someone was already in my room that took my 250$ deposit I went back to the front desk and the woman working upgrad3d my room to the 5th floor from the 2nd it had 4 queen size beds in it so the kids were happy and so was I the breakfast was actually pretty good the pool was xlean a little cold but it was February would definitely come back to this hotel tho

The hotel was ok, but my son and I have severe allergies to fragrance and the facility sprays fragrance in their lobby and elevator. We asked them to stop the spray while we were at the hotel, but they were unable to change this. Having fragrance sprayed on all of our luggage when we used the elevator to get to our room, created challenges throughout our stay as our belongings all had fragrance on them. The hotel is reasonable if you don't have a fragrance allergy. I would avoid it if you are sensitive to fragrance.

The room is adequate, but nothing out of the ordinary. Fairly clean, but in need of some updates. Kitchen is well stocked with plates, glasses, utensils, etc… The breakfast was better than when we stayed a year ago, more options. I reserved a King room but we were placed in a Double.

When we arrived, did not get the room I had asked for. Lights did not work. Phone did not work to call downstairs front desk. Had to walk back down and show that it was the incorrect room and then got correct room. Was just a mess.

Overall it was a nice hotel, the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room was nice, however the pool was unbearable and that's really what my kids wanted to enjoy. The pool area was overwhelming with chlorine to the point the kids were choking and eyes were burning. Literally had to make them get out for the sake of their health. Hotel advertises 90 degree temp in the poor area but it was freezing and the ceiling was dripping all over (very unsanitary). Would not stay here again due to this experience.

Big room for the $

We stayed in the 2 queen suite. It’s the best dollar per square footage around, 600 vs 350. Had separate bedroom and living room with a kitchenette. Quiet room and quiet halls. Breakfast was good. They had breakfast taco items.

Dirty room. Used towels on back of door. Requested trashbags never came Charged me on expedia and my personal card. Come to find out the room was cheaper at the front desk. Expedia said no price compare.

The staff was great but our room had dirty handprints on the wall, long hair in the bathroom. There was mildew all over the bathroom. I mean it served our needs as a place to stay a night but i just think it could have been cleaner.
