I have a small dog so they put me in room 130. The room had a broken window and a frame missing. I requested a new room however I had to go back to room 130 and wait for someone at the front desk to finally come down and provide a new room key. In the process of trying to move all my items, I lost a face cream from my back pack that was $24 and I had just bought.

Issue with check in

After reservations were made an additional night was added. The customer service at the desk was able to accommodate the request he just said “ bring the keys back tomorrow for a new set”. He never said i needed to re- check in. When I brought the keys back in the evening another agent was there and I had to go through the whole check in process again.
