The staff was very welcoming , there is a beautiful charm to the proprty . The restaurant and bar was excellent , food was delicious . I recommend the bison burger 👍👍. There was live entertainment by Dumbfounded , great classic rock band .

The history of the property is nice to know and the unique elevator is very interesting. It is not always available but the hotel is very nice.

No elevator after 8 pm not enough plac to sit in room had to use bed for setting no place to unpack clothes bath room had step up with no night light had to haul luggage down 4 floors by hand not a hotal suitable for sr folks no restaurants in walking distance would not stay again at this hotel cont breakfast was not much and only had two seats and small table prob most uncomfortable stay in many years sorry but not my choice of place to stay for the price or comfort

TV did not work. The guy at the front desk could not fix it. The outlet in the bathroom did not work so I had to use the hair dryer in the bedroom. The ceiling and wall plaster needs to be replace as it was falling down in some places. No ice on the third floor. Had to start a portable ice maker. Water also was flowing all over the counter. The Kureg coffee maker had no water so couldn’t make coffee. Bed was good.

Pretty hotel. Poor management
Nice old hotel with character. But what you need to know is there is only someone there from 4-10 ish to work the elevator or up the steps you go. The restaurant manager was awesome she tried her best to help us, my husband is a heart patient and we were in the fourth floor. Need I say more. Also the room was also the size of a matchbox and the bed is a full size and it has springs. There was no nice mattress cover to make up for the hard, spring in my back bed We had the standard room. Was it the smallest room because we booked through here ? I don’t know. Then there’s the manager. Never met him. Coffee is a Keurig,not a Bunn. Sunday morning 7 am. No more coffee cups and the breakfast items were almost gone. No back stock handy for us the find the coffee cups because again there is no manager on duty Parking is not on site- it’s across the street. . If I was going for one night alone suppose it would be fine But not that bed!

We enjoyed staying in this quaint hotel.
We were at a horse show at the World Equestrian Center, so it was nice to find a hotel near the center. We enjoyed our stay there, and we felt very safe!

This is an old building that they updated. They did a lovely job, but if you’re looking for luxury, this would not be your place. I’m giving it a good because my expectations were met. This is quaint, easy to access. They had a nice patio I wouldn’t rate the food or service high. However, it is appropriate for the price point.

You can only get to the hotel at 4 o'clock to check in because there's nobody there 4 to 8 and then the desk closes. There's a restaurant in several bars and they're open and loud. The rooms were dirty. No rails in the bathtub in the bathtub was extremely high to get in, there was no ice where there said there was ice. The area had one table and two chairs and Nas breakfast wasn't even a decent breakfast. They also had an elevator that she could only ride if someone from the hotel ran it really lots of older people and you have to walk up I had to walk up four flights of stairs , did you put your luggage on and then wait for the person to put it on the elevator very old-fashioned one and take you up to your room all in all I should've realized the room was really reasonably rated. It was going to be something I would want to stay at never again.
