Bring your cleaning supplies!
Urine and hair at the base of the toilet grossed us out. There’s no excuse for that. After stepping on some sticky spots in the carpet- lighting too low to actually see it - I wondered if the carpeting had ever been really cleaned, shampooed. Inadequate lighting in the suite was depressing. The only electrical outlet near the sofa had just one socket working so I couldn't plug in my heating pad and the dim lamp at the same time. The coffee & tea supplies had not been replenished. The paint around the elevators was worn and dirty. The experience was like being in cheap old motel but paying a high price. What a shame!

Nice Hotel Overall
It is a nice hotel It is clean and the staff was very friendly The decor is a bit dated and could use some sprucing up. This is meant as an observation only, I would stay there again
