I would definitely stay here again. I just didn’t care for listening to a dog bark for several hours. I notified the front desk and they were going to contact the persons staying in the room to come in tend to their dogs. It just got to be too much. I’m not against dogs staying at hotels, but in this case I was.

This was a very comfortable place to stay during a conference at the adjacent conference center. It has easy access to the waterfront path and a variety of good restaurants are a short walk away. The $22 daily parking fee was a surprise and may cause me to consider one of the other nearby hotels to avoid have to pay that in the future.

Fix the smoke alarm issue

The hotel was good with a drink reception, decent restaurant and great breakfast. The huge downfall was when the smoke alarm when off the first night while sleeping. It then went off the next evening and then a third time the second night.

Location, Location, Location. Walk 3 blocks and your in the heart of Front St and Market. Which is were all the Pubs/Bars, Restaurants and Shopping is. Hotel is located right on the River. Cook to Order breakfast was great.

Great Hotel

This is a modern hotel with many nice amenities. The suite is perfect for spreading out a bit, nicely appointed with just what you need. The cocktail hour we did not utilize but the breakfast offered many choices as well as made to order items and the staff was efficient and friendly.
