Would’ve been nice to know that the complementary food service was closed down (do to lack of employment) before we got there. The people were friendly and did help (quickly) when we needed it. I don’t think we’ll be using them in the future though.

The property was pretty nice,but need to be cleaned (like the carpet in the hallway and the rrooms). The room was nice but the furniture was old and wore out. The hotel could be one of the best around with a little TLC. We would definitely stay there again.

Non smoking room smelled of smoke, the bathroom was dirty, the sitting area in the room was a place you did not want to put anything on, we kept all of our things up on counters and beds as the rugs were filthy. The pictures showing hotel rooms on this site do not represent the actual state of the property at all. We did not have an option to change hotels given time of events and increased cost of switching, but I do not recommend this property to anyone.

The overall stay was good, convenient to our destination which was University of Delaware graduation. The only bad thing I can say is the $150 “deposit” for incidentals or possible damages. This is the highest fee we’ve ever incurred and we travel quite a bit. Most hotels charge, at the most, $50 and it’s returned upon checkout. They advised it could be 3-5 business days before it’s credited back to the card.

The stay was good. Check in was ready & the associate at the desk was very friendly & knowledgeable. The only complaint I would have is pertaining to the patio screen door. It didn't close properly, so I couldn't leave the glass door open because of bugs. Other than that no complaints.
