I liked that it was quiet and tranquil, no kids. The staff was super friendly. I didn't like that they did not have premium liquor but the drinks they made were good. I also didn't like that the bars do not have an espresso machine at their station to make espresso martini's; you have to get the espresso coffee at the coffee shop and bring it to the bar for them to make it for you.

We had an AMAZING time in Antigua!! The turquoise waters, red footed tortoises, hermit crabs, mongooses and pelicans made the trip unforgettable! It's a great place to go if you're looking for relaxation! The staff was fantastic! From Wallace or Clementine making a wonderful morning mocha, to Jemie taking excellent care of your rooms housekeeping or Ann Marie, your queen of fun teaching you new fun activities, this is the place to recharge an overworked mind.

We stayed in a garden view room which needed to be updated a bit but was a great location; close to everything. The rest of the property was beautiful. The food was great at all the restaurants and we loved the coffee shop. We enjoyed the pool exercises led by staff, movie trivia, jewelry making, and most of the evening entertainment. The 2 evening buffets on the lawn and on the beach were amazing. Thank you to all the staff, with a shout out to James and AnnMarie for adding to our fun.

I just returned from my trip to Antigua and really enjoyed our stay at the Pineapple Beach Club. First, the location, GREAT! You are tucked in this little cove on Long Bay (a desirable beach and fave for locals) and a trip to the far end of the beach provides soft sand and no waves, perfect for snorkeling, along with some underwater surprises. The food was very good at the buffet! The other restaurants on site were great but honestly the buffet is the way to go. Tons of blackbirds flying in so make sure to not leave your plate unattended, they are quick, annoying but also entertaining. There are a few kitties on the resort, but they are friendly and don't really bother you. We named the small orange/white one "Ginger". She would make someone a great home (hint hint). While the resort itself is older, they are starting to renovate some of the units. Don't be too surprised if your room is on the small side, especially the beach front units. But...who goes to Antigua to stay in their room? Would love to have more beach towels available. The staff were for the most part really accommodating. I had a few favorites and hey, we all have good days and not so good days so I'm not agreeing with some of the reviews that I’ve seen indicating the staff are rude, quite the contrary! I found everyone to be engaging and helpful. We visited a few other properties on the west side (Caribbean) that were definitely more upscale but for the price Pineapple wins! We will be back!

The staff are the highlight of the property. Everyone was friendly, kind, fun and helpful. Always a smile and hello. The food was a surprise. Everything we had was very tasty. Not typical for an all inclusive. Activities were fun. The room was a bit of a disappointment. Ours was in need of a refresh and a little dirty. I understand a remodel is happening soon. I can wholeheartedly recommend. The resort is small and chill. You get to know everyone.

The property was nice , the staff was friendly, the drinks were good. I think they could have used more staff at the bar and the Hamburger stand. Also the towel situation needs to be addressed. They need more towels and need to laundry them more often for the pool and ocean.

We always stay in the waterfront rooms and can't wait for them to be redone.Thought the quality of the food in all restaurants was better than ever.lLove the renovated Topaz and Chef Pietro facilities, very classy. think the Pineapple Grill is our favorite. Dissappointed with the Orchid restaurant. Quality of steaks was good, but service was poor and the desserts were the same as in the buffet? Just not worth the additional money and we won't go back nest year.

Quaint place with nice upgrades since our last stay. The staff was great, the food is excellent and the beach is spectacular. This was our third time here and the entertainment was really kicked up a notch. We stayed in a waterfront room and the balcony was worth the extra cost.

This resort is defiantly for the OLDER crowd. It is a 3 star resort trying to act like a 4 star. Lets start with the good, the food was wonderful but the buffet was small, the staff was great and because it is a small resort they really get to know you. The activities were ok do not expect to be kept busy or entertained. If you enjoy a luxury resort and spa this is not for you. The rooms were so small house keeping only comes every other day and maybe if you are lucky once during the week someone with walk around offering poolside or beach side drinks. Do not expect them to pick up trash or empty cups it only happens at night. Over all a nice place just know what to expect.

Outhouse was unique and food excellent. Staff was hit and miss…for the most part very good but, there were employees that didn’t want to be there. Pelican staff seemed stressed and not overly friendly. Pools were great and food as a whole very good. Special Hilltop dinner was special…Yolanda was terrific. Also, thanks to Anika for her extra efforts. Shout out to Clinton…very personable. Lastly, breakfast staff was always welcoming.

Beautiful resort with delicious food and amazing views. The only thing id say we were looking for was more of an upbeat vibe during the day and more entertainment at night. I enjoy relaxing but having a dj near the pool would have been fun as well. It did seem to be an older crowd(and we're in our 40s)so maybe it just wasnt the right fit for us, but, we still enjoyed ourselves and had a great time.
