I liked the owners, the grounds and the great breakfast. Definitely a step up from the typical continental breakfast with all kinds of bonus fruit, nuts, yoghurt But the bed was a negative - too soft and felt like it was sinking in. No board or.boxspring underneath.

Very charming motel

This is my second time staying here. It is a family run business and the owner is very friendly. The TV was not working and he came and fixed it. They moved me to a different room because I wanted a refrigerator in my room. They are very accomodating and I will definitely stay here again.

It's walking distance to campus. The rooms are basic, but comfortable and clean. The a/c is strong! The best thing is the continental breakfast with organic berries and a wide assortment of other high quality breakfast foods and drinks.

We had a great time in Williamstown. The Willows Motel is perfect for a weekend stay - breakfast is fresh and delicious. Staff is super attentive. Walking distance from town center.

Treated by kind, gracious, and welcoming proprietors. In addition, the breakfast was amazing with healthy options of a variety of fresh fruits, granola, oat milk, and more. The elderly and friendly proprietor obviously takes pride in providing this amenity to guests who stay here.

Overall place was great. Would definitely stay again. Breakfast was nice, fresh fruit was a good touch. Staff was friendly. Room was dated but comfortable. Room was clean except for the bathroom sink but it was minor.

Be aware - no breakfast

There is no breakfast provided even though it says there is one on the hotels.com app. I tried getting someone at the counter but no one responded. Only when I checked the motel website was I made aware (outside of the app) that there was no breakfast until April. This was unfortunate as breakfast included was the deciding factor between this location vs another.

Cozy and caring

Paul was a lifesaver! I had to make a last minute, late night trip up to Williams. Due to weather, the driving conditions were awful, and I didn't get in until well after midnight. Paul called to check on me while I was on my drive, and made sure I got settled into the room. The room was so warm and cozy - exactly what I needed after a harrowing drive. Thank you Paul!
