This hotel could use updating, but it was clean, and the room was small, but comfortable. People walking above us on the next floor were loud, but thankfully stopped by the time we wanted to go to sleep. Shower lacked sufficient water pressure and lotion dispenser was empty. Breakfast was pretty good. Eggs and sausage were hot, and there were waffles, cereal and yogurt available. Oatmeal would have been a nice option for a cold morning. Dining area was decorated for Christmas, which we enjoyed. Overall fine for the price. Would probably stay again if we come back to the Ark Encounter.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was good. The hotel is located with 5 or 6 restaurants within walking distance. A Super Walmart was a 1/4 mile away. Access to the interstate was excellent. We will definitely stay there again.

We booked a room for 3 people family, the room is good, warm (in winter) bright, breakfast includes. We liked it, I recommend it. The only thing is that I booked a room and paid in advance, but when we arrived at the reception there was an old man and he couldn't find me until we showed the reservation number, it went quickly. Very nice place to stay, it was very close to mayors stores and restaurants, specially one bakery name Bean. Very friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast is very simple but ok. Microtel really surprise me in a good way with more that I was expected it, will stay again and highly recommended it.

First time staying in a Microtel. Didn't know what to expect but I was really impressed with the rooms. The windowsill bed was an added bonus. I would definitely stay at another Microtel Inn in the future.

Desk attendant was unfriendly; room was "tired" and run down. Got the sense that we were put in a "bad" room because we had 2 cats - but we paid for those cats - why put us in a poor room?
