Trashy entryway in route to the property. On the way to the room, I encountered a group of people sitting outside their room with a grill and loud music. The music and loud talking continued until about 10:45 pm. Called the desk clerk to complain and was told that they would talk to the guests. The music stopped but the guests kept coming out of their room talking loud on the phone all night long. Called the front desk to complain and was told that they would talk to them. Upon checking out the next day, I talked to the desk clerk to see if I could get an adjustment to my bill for not being able to sleep. His reply was “sorry “ but there would be no adjustments made. Very creepy and unsafe feeling having someone lingering outside your room all night long while you are trying to get some sleep

Weird and sketchy
Lots of shady people, dirty grounds , people hanging out in their cars half the day. Random vans with multiple large dogs parked outside. Definitely would not recommend.

Great pet and family friendly stay
I loved being able to have a drink at the attached Mexican restaurant and watch our teens hang out by the pool at the same time. Having a deck in front of every room was perfect for those needing to step out for a smoke or a vape. Love that the place was pet friendly. As a big family, the connecting rooms were perfect! Housekeeping left a little to be desired - in one room there were 2 used bandaids in the ice bucket so we just used the one from the other room. My daughter had wrapped up her watch in a rag and put it on the nightstand and forgot about it. When we went back to get it, the room had already been cleaned, but the rag had fallen between the bed and the nightstand and was still there. Also, don't bring an Xbox or streaming box or anything with you - the TV's do not allow you to change the input, so sadly you're stuck watching whatever is on the TV. But that's a minor annoyance.

Clean, comfortable room--but weak wi-fi
My room was clean and comfortable; it looked like it had been recently painted. The staff was friendly, and the location is good, with shopping and a number of restaurants close by. My one complaint is that the wi-fi signal was very weak, so I could not make use of the Internet. My stay was shortly after some heavy storms and flooding nearby; maybe the problem with Internet was from outside the hotel.

I stayed alone without my family so I could handle the poor overall quality of the hotel and room. Everything worked fine in the room, however I did experience water seeping up through the seams of the artificial wood floor boards. Definitely strange, but I was settled and it was not flooding. The entire hotel had a dingy appearance. However the price allowed me stay a couple of extra days and for my purposes, the location was quite convenient. I indicated that it was noisy but many similar locations would almost certainly be just as noisy with all of the traffic from the nearby highway and streets. The staff were friendly and helpful, no issues there. The restaurant that shares the location was quite good and not terribly expensive. Plus Bob Evans was just next door an easy walk from my room.

loved the pool in the middle of the property, didn't love the fact that we had to call the local police at 3am to complain about a party at the pool when the pool was supposed to be closed at 9, they had alcohol and food and loud music. Beds were hard, we were only offered a 23 dollar refund when we didnt even sleep that night and weren't even there half the day that day

Friendly staff. Super fast check-in. Outside door lights are very bright. Spiders love them at night..at least they’re outside! No coffee pot in room, but I kinda understand why from reading about these devices in motel rooms.

Very dirty and moldy condition of rooms.
The rooms were moldy and there were dead bugs in the bed. We got a different room (because we could not get our money back and leave since we booked through Hotel.com so we were stuck) and the second room smelled and was moldy.

The grounds were shabby, uncut, debris everywhere. On entering hotel to check in, the smell of mold and other unidentifiable odors were off-putting. I waited 15 minutes for someone to check me, but with all the yelling in the back, they couldn’t have heard me come in. The rooms were clean but dated and smelled musty. No extras at all. The inner courtyard was full of people playing loud music and talking loudly or yelling til 3am. The pool was clean and looked inviting but the girls didn’t want to swim with all the men sitting around the courtyard and drinking. I kept my taser on me the entire time. Altogether an unpleasant experience…won’t book through Expedia or this hotel again😒
