I checked in at 1 am after going to the tailgate and late game. After a long day wanted to take a nice hot shower and go to bed. The tub was absolutely disgusting. I called the front desk right away and was told they were booked and no one was available to clean the bathroom. So when I checked out at 9 am I was told that they saw my complaint but the cleaning supervisor said they cleaned the bathroom. I then went to show her the picture of the nasty tub and she apologized and that’s all. No shower for me and I was called a liar. So happy I took the picture and told her they can go to the room and see for themselves as I didn’t use the dirty tub. Very disappointed.

Quick weekend trip for a model airplane event in the area with husband and grandson. The grounds, common areas, and our room were all clean and well maintained. Plenty of hot water for three morning showers. The location is in an area that appeared very safe, close to many conveniences. The staff was very polite and personable on check in and check out. We had the breakfast, typical fare that was plentiful. English muffins were gone but a server willingly brought out more for the guest who requested them, even though it was right at the end of breakfast. Very nice family place with a decent indoor pool. We’ll come back next year!

The chair in the room was filthy stained. There was dirt marks on the walls. I brought it to the attention of the clerk when checked out and she said there was nothing she could do about it. I had to go to her supervisor. I have yet to hear from her supervisor or manager

The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The food was fair, not much variety, but the rates were reasonable, so we would book again.
