Williamsburg visit

The room was good, but could have had thicker blankets. Also one of the windows was broken. Check in was horrible. Sat in line for 50 minutes.

We unfortunately had an awful stay. Beds were uncomfortable, master didn’t have sheets, (finally got one after an hour) two of the 3 TVs worked and one didn’t have a remote at all, an unknown chemical was saturated into the carpet-we have a crawling little one and he got near it-, found fake nails on the floor, my older son and my husband both got shocked by a faulty light switch. No one addressed the concerns during our stay. We asked for a maintenance for the electrical issue and they never came. We couldn’t sleep worrying that the place would catch fire! The chlorine in the indoor pool was so strong my eyes were burning-I never swam. Too many people in the pool and older kids running into little ones. One of the games was busted in the arcade. We will not return.

Our whole room and condo area smelled of old food for several days, neighbors were loud and heard lots of yelling out in the parking lot. Many unruly children in the pool and not being monitored, my child was kicked and hit several times. There was a smell of marijuana everywhere. Tub was very dirty and unusable.

Great Time

Enjoyed ourselves!! We enjoyed Williamsburg and the surrounding area! We purchased the weekly mini-golf and had our own tournament, downtown. The resort has the best coffee in the lobby! All you need to cook and a washer/dryer unit for washing clothes. You do have to share with the other unit but that was no problem. The only issue was the main door didnt have a delay stop so it SLAMMED uncontrollably! The internet went off daily around 12:30 a.m. without reason.

This was the best place for my family! We all slept comfortable! I have four children plus my godchild, and and for the the price and all the amenities plus I could cook a meal for them was a plus! It was very clean and a great location near a gas station and food lion and 10 minutes from Busch Gardens! It’s was super convenient! The staff was very polite! I definitely will be back! I highly recommend this stay definitely if you have a big family like mines!

Check in line was long when I got there, so I decided to go eat dinner and come back. When we got back the line was shorter and i waited maybe 15 minutes. Jazmine checked us in and she was great! Very friendly, and knew alot about the area. The room was like a small apartment. It was awesome.

Well maintained and quiet. Felt like a home away from home. Very spacious unit we had which was 122b. Plenty of towels and wash clothes provided. All the kitchen supplies you need, even a blender and skillet. Had a washer and dryer. Balcony had plenty of room. Master had jacuzzi tub and privacy toliet. 3 tvs and dvd players. You can actually rent movies if you want to. A lot of activities. Definitely going back.

Terrible customer service

Out stay was terrible, they threw our food away in the refrigerator and have not yet received any type of credit for it. We asked the last 3 days if our stay and they kept saying they would get it to us and never did. Also the beds are not comfortable at all.

Disappointing

We have stay here multiple time but this time was not good. The room was dirty, the toilet was backed up, the guest above us were so loud that we got no sleep. Because of today's climate we didn't want to say anything to upset anyone. We felt like we wasted our money.
