Beautiful and well maintained resort. Plenty of activities for all ages at the resort. There's a mini golf course and two beautiful swimming pools. Service was excellent. Will definitely stay again. Thanks for being awesome West Gate!

Room was tiny and not easy to find in a different (older) section of the motel large property. Some maintenance issues like the shower door would not close properly. Bathroom sink very, very small. An uncomfortable room without adequate electrical connections. The a/c worked but because room was so small it hits us directly from above. The guy at the office where we checked in talked very fast handed us a few papers and pointed us where to drive to find the room. It was like he was in a hurry although no one else there. He was trying to be efficient! I would not stay there again. It was very clean. They don’t provide any housekeeping services.

The total cost was $416, of which I had already prepaid $68.53. The remaining balance should have been $348.07, but I was charged $393.37 instead. We stayed in the colonial area which was great because you can park right outside of your room. The room was very big and the tv was huge. Front desk staff were all very nice.

Awesome family stay!

This resort hotel was really fun for a trip with our kids (9 and 7) a great value! We were on the end of the resort villas, bordered by forest, and there were no noise issues whatsoever. The pool was very nice, the amenities for kids were awesome- playground right next to the pool and mini-golf along with the game room. The beds were comfortable. Our "deluxe" room was huge. The only observation I had was parts of the room were showing their age-- worn/chipped paint in the bathroom, water pressure in the shower kind of low. But none of that affected our enjoyment of the place.

This property is overpriced compared to other motels and resorts in the area. The online photos do not represent the amenities well. It is more the level of an mid level motel than a resort. Very disappointed. No breakfast.

Stupid expensive pet fee..150.usd not stated onweb site 50 security deposit not stated No maid seevice at all while in room..for still yet Another fee they will clean room unless you fo it yourself. No breakfast buffett or food service of any kind.
