Loved it! Will return for another retreat. It’s a refuge from the busyness and “city”. Each room is unique - we stayed in the Lombardi. Loved the ambiance, the espresso in the room, breakfast was delicious, the free wine tasting next door, and simply a unique experience from other hotels.

The bed sheets and the bathrobes were stained. Fly in the room. Hair in bedding. Nothing offered for kids. No swings or mazes for kids. this premises is not a 4 star stay. Very expensive and very few amenities.

The entire property is truly gorgeous. We booked the Venetian, a beautiful and spacious room. Our stay came with 2 wine flight vouchers and a bottle of wine. We had such a wonderful stay!

Great place.

I loved my stay. Staff were great. Location is close to the historic area but it's still so quiet. My room, #33, could use some love. Paint or clean the scuffs on the walls, fill in the holes in the bathroom and paint the ceiling around the vent. I plan to stay next time I am in Williamsburg but it could use some TLC.
