This was the grossest hotel I have ever been to. I took my family on a vacation in the beginning of May 2025. After waiting 20 minutes to be checked in we went to the horror room. There was blood on the bathroom sink, the upholstery in the room was stained everywhere. There were several burns throughout the room including the toilet seat was melted. In addition the hotel didn't smell clean at all. It smell like a gym. When I talked to customer service they didn't act surprised at all. We ended up moving hotels. Definitely don't recommend this hotel at all.

There’s just a hole in the wall with some wires hanging out where the fire / smoke alarm should be. The dryer in the bathroom does not work ontop of looking likes it’s been home to a whole number of things and never cleaned. The pool which is the reason we chose this hotel isn’t even open until after we leave

The hotel was outdated. The non smoking rooms smelled of cigarette smoke and weed. The breakfast/ eating area wasn't clean on any occasion. The staff was friendly enough but not professional in any way. Overall not a comfortable stay.

I enjoyed my stay. The only complaint i had was the pool times. 12pm til 9pm is not a convenient time especially if you wanted to get a swim in before check out

1st we couldnt check in because their systems were down, couldnt get into our rooms till after 9pm and then one of my rooms the fridge didnt work and had absolutely no towels and someone tried to come into our room and the nect day the keys didnt work.

The property felt really cool and retro, however we found that the toilet was also retro in that an outhouse would’ve worked better. The AC unit was too noisy to leave running for a solid night’s rest on a solid pillow. And, the mini fridge was crying about it all, as its seal was broken so the thawing freezer water was leaking out onto the floor. Breakfast buffet was less than basic, served up in a dingy room. The guest room felt pretty clean though & the price was ok.

Overall a decent hotel but maid staff is lacking as we had to track down a maid for towels sheets and toilet paper and check out was 11 we were harrassed beginning at 830 in the morning by the maid staff
