Friendly staff. Hotel needed cleaning. My room came with dead bugs in the bathroom followed by live bugs at night. Woke up to a wet bathroom from a leak.

The room smelled moldy and was very dusty. The bathtub didn't drain and the bathroom door was in total disrepair. Hallways dirty and dark and smelly with peeled wallpaper in areas. Location is great.

ROACHES...a lot of them. No fun waking up to kill roaches while I try to brush my teeth. Front desk seemed hardly suprised - they must get a lot of complaints. Rooms are run down, floors in halls are filty and breakfast was terrible. Even the coffee sucked. We never stayed here before, never will again.

The property itself is nice, if a bit dated. The mattress was extremely comfortable, but the bed frame creaked. There was a decent sized refrigerator, but no microwave and a cheap coffee maker. Indoor pool was nice as was the hot tub. The breakfast was a bit skimpy, though kids will love the waffle makers. Since we visited in mid- September, it might be more complete in season. The coffee shop was closed. Also, room cleaning was by request only. This was not communicated up front, we only found out after we asked. Overall, more than adequate, but with a little love, it could be truly charming.

The hotel needs a major renovation. Both beds sagged horribly in the middle. The toilet handle needed to be pushed up or the toilet would continue to run. The shower drained very slowly, while you are showering you are standing in an inch of water. Overall the hotel showed its age poorly except for the lobby. The one positive, all the staff I talked to were very nice.

Very nice set up and lots of trees. Staff was very nice particularly the woman at the continental breakfast. Rooms are older and outdated but this is also not an expensive hotel. Certainly worth the price and better than others with the same price point in the area. Hotel is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Good black out curtains when sleeping and comfortable beds. I would definitely stay here again with my family.

Sticky carpet in the room and atains on the bed linen. Staff at breakfast were super friendly and courteous. Check in was quick and fine but lacked much hospitality. The place is dated and needs a little bit of TLC. Staff was kind and in general the place was quiet and clean.

Open shower allowed water to flow over bathroom floor. Toilet seat was worn and peeling pieces of plastic. The entire hotel smelled musty. Carpet in sleeping room was torn and repaired with duck tape.
