Stay was good. We have stayed at this hotel 6 times at least over the years. 2 issues The pool was very dirty. The piece that separates the inside from outside area of the pool was missing. The pool had leaves and dirt throughout. It also caused a wind tunnel which made it not pleasant to swim in. We always choose this hotel for the pool as our family loves to swim and it greatly reduced the time we spent in the pool. The toilet in 404 was extremely loud and spit toilet paper back every flush.

There has been a very recent cosmetic renovation of finishes… Like carpet and flooring and paint and lobby furniture. However, I don't know how old the furniture in the bedrooms is, becuase the chair and sofa looked really saggy. I wouldn't sit on either. The bathrooms are TINY and still pretty old looking, except for the wallpaper and mirror lights. The elevator by my room was FILTHY. I was at a conference so I had to stay there. I would not stay there again and would not recommend anyone else does either.

Booked this hotel thinking it would be a relaxing getaway based on the appealing photos online, but the reality was a complete nightmare. The experience was so terrible that the best thing I can hope for at this point is a full refund. First, we were hit with ongoing construction on the third floor. The entire hallway was a hazardous mess, more like a war zone than a hotel. Boxes of nails were left exposed, empty beer cans scattered around (meaning the workers were drinking on the job), and an entire saw, though capped, sat just in the hallway. It was beyond unsafe. Our initial room was not only outdated but had an unidentifiable bug—something that looked like it had crawled in from the construction junk in the hall. I wouldn’t be surprised if there were more hiding around. Then, as if things couldn’t get weirder, a housekeeper who only intended to bring a box of tissues wouldn’t stop knocking for a solid three minutes, even after we did not respond. I actually felt unsafe and alerted the front desk. To top it off, I overheard another guest mention fecal stains around their toilet and bathroom items. There is no way housekeeping could’ve missed that and still gave the room the green light. It was honestly disgusting. After we switched rooms, things did not improve. Our “balcony view” was a literal dumpster piled high with trash cans. I’d be angry if it weren’t so darkly poetic. If I could give this place negative stars, I would.

Everything was perfect. The room, the people. The only complaint we have is that there was a $10 a car charge to park. That made the whole experience feel off. Why cheapen the hotel with that?

When we first got there the front desk staff was not friendly! Then when we parked you could see mattresses in the windows. The bar was nice. The radio in bar did not work. The restaurant ran out of some of the items needed to make a few of their meals. Then also the menu was very limited. Overall it was ok!
