Property is convenient to activities in Williamsburg and there are several dining options close by. The front desk staff was very friendly. Room was spacious. My main complaint is that the beds were very firm and uncomfortable, and the pillows were small and lumpy.

The hotel was very very clean. Normally we would have to clean the jacuzzi tub, but it was very clean compared to other hotel with jacuzzi room that we have stayed in. Room was spotless. Will be staying there again soon. Probably become our new getaway weekend destination from now on

Overly priced for the amenities. Because it’s located in historic Williamsburg they over charge. Breakfast was basic and only until 9:30 with no information about start/stop times. Sunday morning we waited at the front desk for 30 minutes until the Front Desk Manager came ti check us out. He was in the dining room having breakfast. Not worth the price in my opinion.

I’ve stayed here twice now, every time we travel to Busch Gardens. This will most likely be my go to hotel. Very clean, I love that it’s walking distance to good food and snacks. Overall, I enjoy this hotel a lot!

Great hotel. Clean showers, showerheads actually worked. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner and soap. Their system ia basically bottles attached to the wall.

I guess it was a typical comfort inn, but I typically never stay at comfort inns. Even though they call it a suite it is just an overglorified room that they have squeezed in a sofa bed. The hotel I normally stay in Williamsburg was booked so I looked for another and based my stay on reviews… the breakfast was nice in the morning, but it ended very early at 9:30. Other than that, I would prefer to stay elsewhere…. Just my preference. If you enjoy staying at a comfort Inn, then you will probably be happy with this hotel.

Water damage in the room to the floor. Broken shower and we found a roach. Plus there was tape All over the bed. The food at the breakfast was so under cooked we just didn’t eat.

The check in process was very easy. The front desk associate greeted us warmly. They went over the amenities thoroughly. Parking was very easy. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable.
