Went here for our honeymoon, loved it. Very quiet on the Rif side and then the Mangrove side has all the entertainment, waterpark and more dining options. Very good deal for the price. Staff was very friendly and everything was very clean.

Great all inclusive with a lot of options for food. The drinks were not water down and the liquor was brand. I like there was no reservation for the specialty restaurant. Also having access to the sister hotel next door was a plus. Love the pool and the beach. Housekeeping came to clean the room everyday and check later in the evening if we needed anything else. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

The private beach is well kept and serene. There are lots of lounge chairs and beautiful scenery. The bar is easily accessible. Also, the beach is near the main dining hall so that is another perk. The hotel is only a 10 to 15 minute walk to town, where there is the floating market, shops, and restaurants.

During my stay at The Riff Hotel Resort, I appreciated their accommodating service and willingness to meet guests' needs, along with satisfying dining options. However, the resort was predominantly populated by elderly guests and lacked nightlife activities, making it difficult to meet new people. Additionally, the drinks were overly sweet, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the resort was LGBTQ-friendly, which was a valued aspect of my experience.

The hotel is beautiful, but the wait staff is absolutely horrible. In the restaurant area forget about service. The staff was often rude and abrupt. My husband had to grab their spray bottle and a cloth to clean the table so we could have a clean area to eat. Everyone was complaining about the waitresses and waiters. It wasn't until the last two days when we had two attentive waitresses (Roseann and Liz-Ann) who actually did their jobs. I will not be staying here again.

The property was great. The pools are clean and spacious. Was staying with a friend and was only able to book a single bed. We requested a double bed room in the notes, which they were able to accommodate, with two twin beds, while small, we were happy to not share. The food at the resort was decent, they mixed it up pretty frequently. The service is slow, however. I think things move slower in Curacao than in other countries. So don't expect the staff to be at your beck and call. It is very quiet at night. I think they could benefit from having more late-evening activities for those staying at the resort. The silent party was really fun. Overall I had a good experience. Would stay again.

Location of property is great and the grounds are beautiful with great views. The rooms are spacious for two. The communication however is poor. Upon check in we didn’t get much information at all about the property other than to scan a QR code given to us. We didn’t realize until the following day that we had an envelope with bands we were supposed to be wearing to get access to certain restaurants at the rif part where we were staying. I asked via phone and the app for 2 days for towels and washcloth and to get my room cleaned and it wasn’t until I went to speak with supervisor I got the towels and wash cloths. The following day is when the room was cleaned. The fridge was never restocked while there, they only give bottled water daily. Also, no alcohol in the bar just sodas water and orange juice. I don’t drink sodas so they were never touched. Food at the buffet was the same at specialty restaurants only difference you are served instead of serving yourself. Except for the sushi restaurant. I spent most of my trip on the Corendon side because they had all activities, music and swim up bar on that side, though the liquor on that side was no frills. Overall, resort has great potential I think like every where right now they didn’t have enough staff to take their services to the next level. Don’t know if I would stay there again.
