Letā€™s just say it is NOT all inclusive they let you order an appetizer and entree off the menu that is kid portion.they tell you if your still hungry to go to the buffet. Basically the only thing that was really good was the chicken nuggets and all of the drinks were amazing. The rooms were clean and nice. Staff was very mixed some people were very sweet and others were extremely nasty arguing with lots of the guests.there was not any night life but the beaches were beautiful and the highlight of my trip was the photographer at the resort because he was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE.

I never received the room I paid for. I uprgaded to an ocean view room and the only view I recieved was of a back alley. No refund for the difference was given. Could never get a reservation for any of the restraunts so we ended up eating only at the buffet or off the resort.

Property, decor & architecture design excellent. Management extremely weak. Staff needs more guidance on what there actual jobs are. There are a handful of employees who are excellent, Merk hands down best waiter in the place. Your answer to questions depended on who you asked. Was told by concierge no need for reservations & Italian restaurant closed indefinitely only to find out both answers untrue. Because of that last night unable to have a seating and the portal for access to reservations changed mid day. In morning stated no reservations needed, that evening portal updated stating reservations available 24-72hrs. Restaurant staff said they had just changed that. No indication from management on change occurring during our stay. Traveled with 3 parties, requested via email to have rooms share same swim up pool. Received an email request would be granted only to check in and one party was in another pool. When email was shown, the desk staff stated she wasnā€™t working that day. During week stay only saw an employee with broom & dust pan once, beverage garnish left on ground just outside bar area for 3 days before finally picked up. The hotel location & atmosphere is excellent but with extremely poor customer service you will be left without customers.

My stay at The Rif at Mangrove Beach Corendon CuraƧao All-Inclusive was relaxing but underwhelming, and I wouldnā€™t return. Check-in was confusing, as the hotel has separate desks for The Rif and Mangrove. After waiting 15ā€“20 minutes at the wrong desk, I was directed to The Rif, where the process was smoother. My first-floor room was clean and well-stocked with a private pool on the balcony and thoughtful touches like a birthday cake and champagne. However, noise from late-night guests and the patioā€™s proximity to the parking garage reduced privacy and comfort. Dining was mixed. The seafood restaurant was excellent, but long lines, no reservation system, and overcrowded buffets made dining frustrating. Nightlife was minimal, leaving the resort feeling dull in the evenings. Rats on the beach and around the resort at night were unsettling and made walking to restaurants anxiety-inducing. Additionally, tour options were limited, and a late-arriving tour desk agent caused me to miss a city tour Iā€™d been looking forward to. The staff were generally friendly but stretched thin, impacting attentiveness. While the property was safe and clean, the lack of vibrant entertainment, dining frustrations, and tour limitations overshadowed the positives. If youā€™re seeking a laid-back, quiet stay, it might work for you. Otherwise, Iā€™d recommend looking elsewhere.

Had a great stay for 5 nights here. Good food, very nice pool and the restaurants had a variety of options from Turkish, Mexican, Italian and more. A couple of the staff seemed a little upset to be at work or something, but all in all very nice experience. Would go back!

The property is new, and clean. The bartenders are quick and make good drinks. The food service and food was subpar. You wait a minumum of an hour for food, after being sat. We ordered one thing and was bought different food on multiple occasions. Never told they were out of anything, until an hour 15 of sitting. The room is clean, and AC works well. Everything is outside...bars and restaurants so bring clothes accommodating to that. Room service came 1/4 times we ordered. The pool has no shade at all. Beautiful beach and chairs were mostly available, but if you want an overhanging shade it costs. All and all, definitely not worth the money. Recommend exploring the island more than sitting on the resort.

My experience with RIF was good but could be better. It was my first time to visit curacao and stayed in this resort. They put me in a beautiful room with a view, however, the lightning in the hallway outside of my room was so dark. I need to use a flashlight from my phone whenever I go in and out of my room at night. Second, I was chilling at the beach and I needed to use the bathroom. I went to the one close to the buffet area. I was doing my thing and suddenly someone threw a wet rolled up tissue on me. When i was done, I saw the kitchen staff laughing so I knew theyre the ones who did it. I just left the lavatory. Third, there were not much exciting activities and events at the resort. I always look forward to the shows at night whenever I stay on an all inclusive resort. This one was very dry. After my dinner I went to check it out every single night. I stayed there for 5 days and I only enjoyed one night. Fourth, there were too many flies and mosquitoes. Im fine with mosquitoes but the flies, they were disgusting esp when youre eating at the buffet and its open dining area. Overall, the food were great. I love that every day is different varieties to choose from. And I love that they have lots of coffee machines and drinks. You just grab your own. The atmosphere was very calming and relaxing. I recommend more activities and lively vibes at night shows.

We loved our stay at the Rif. The hotel is new and we did not see any construction going on. The check in and out as pretty fast. The city center is around 10 minutes walk from the Rif. The swimming pool is very quite and nice. We mainly ate a the the buffet that had a lot of choices. The only problem is that all the restaurants are outside without air conditioning therefore it could be very hot. We suggest adding a reservation service for the restaurants because for some of them there was a long line (Japanese and Barbeque).

Room I stayed in 4302 was extremely clean. Only complain is you gotta call a few time when you need something for the room & the guy that refill the mini fridge would knock and IMMEDIATELY open the door. Had to get a bit serious with him the second morning he did it. But I would recommend this resort
