The customer service was Horrible…. Staff was not helpful at all…. The Room service we ordered took very long and when it finally got to the room. The order was wrong. Our restaurant reservation was not on “the list” and the host told us to step aside so he can help “Other” guests. I was shocked I can’t believe he didn’t attempt to rectify the issue. The resort is nice but the staff was NOT…. I will not be returning.

Loved our stay, beautiful and cristal clean resort. Good location also, easy to travel around with local bus. Only thing that was under my expectations was the food variety. We went out to eat a few times, and restaurants offerd more quakity and tasteful choices.

The property is kept clean, and the food is pretty tasty for an all-inclusive. It's not a place for you if you like everything handed to you but the staff if still polite and will assist if you reach out. ***The entertainment could use a little work but its not terrible.

The property itself was fine. However, the biggest downfall to this resort is the staff. Everyone seem to be bothered to help to give information. Anytime I approach the staff member at the front desk. There was seriously a rolling of the eyes as if what now. The exchange started rather poorly when I was asked for my passport the front desk woman became a bit distracted and asked me once again for my passport when I told her I gave it to you. She realize she gave my passport to another person that right there was absolutely unacceptable. She ran off toward that individual that she gave my passport to and got it back, but that’s not the point has she had maybe a more professional attitude to begin with maybe something like that would not have happened. The bar staff any bar that you went to once again was not even making eye contact with anyone. Didn’t acknowledge anyone and once again just acted as if they were bothered by asking for a drink. I believe that management and corporate should really work on staff awareness as to what hospitality actually means. This was the first time I visited Curacao and honestly, the entire experience left a poor taste in my mouth. Based on my experience at this hotel, I walked away with a feeling of rude people who will talk amongst themselves, but don’t even begin to try and be hospitable to the patrons when actuality are paying their salaries because if there was no tourism and no patrons there would be no need to have staff at any hotel.

Loved the size of the room, the food was above normal, BUT, they are sooooo under staffed. The bars, the restaurants, they will lose your reservation for your dinner. Try to get change for your money to leave a tip, you have to go to the other hotel.

Our stay was wonderful!! The dining was great for breakfast, lunch and dinners. The speciality restaurants were good. There was no fighting for lounge chairs by the pool. The drinks were cold and refreshing!

Overall I thought the hotel and accommodations were wonderful. The staff were attentive, food was plentiful (something for everyone), the pools were lovely and the beach was a nice add. I rented two rooms due to the size of my party. One was fabulous. The other had an issue with the air conditioner. Maintenance was requested over four time and by the time we left it still wasn’t addressed. Room was extremely hot because air conditioning unit blew warm air making over night hours rough.

The staff was horrible, we paid for the all inclusive and trying to get anyone to serve you a drink was impossible. People were rude and acted like it pained them to wait on you and acted as if they cared less if you were there or not. The maintenance staff was excellent there was a guy who took care of our pool and he was very friendly and polite and always went out of his way to help. We first thought maybe it was us thinking the people were rude then started hearing MANY other guest complaining and saying the same thing. If you didn't go to the buffet you almost wouldn't eat it was that bad. We sat down at one of the made to order restaurant and there was only 4 people in there with maybe 5 waitresses. Sat there for 20 minutes before anyone ask what I wanted to drink then another 20 minutes until my drink showed up and then took our order 40 minutes later our sandwiches showed up and I was ask if I wanted a refill I said yes and I would take another and never did get it, we just got up and left. Anytime you would go to a bar the blender was broken YES broken. Your at a Hilton and they can't afford a blender how nice. We feel very taken advantage of on the price we paid vs. the service we received. We been to many other islands in that area and have agreed even though Curacao is very beautiful we will never return. The sad thing is when you find a place so pretty all the ugliness of the staff makes the property feel ugly. Negativity breeds negativity.
