The hotel's location is perfect for walking around downtown Willemstad, including Punda. The staff was attentive, and the bartender, Terance, was the best at the 5 O'Clock Bar! Overall, it was a wonderful vacation.

Nice place. Two fancy restaurants closed due to fire though. The "beach" is really a salt water pool, not connected to the ocean, which is odd but ok. Easy walk to downtown shops/restaurants/scenery. Best beaches are a taxi ride away.

Confortable modern hotel in an excellent location. Easy walkable area with many dining and shopping options. A short walk to Queen Emma Bridge. Note that the pictures don’t show an actual beach, but the infinite pool area that is filed with sand and has some beach chair and umbrellas to emulate the real thing. Service is on the slow side, but not as bad as probably anywhere else in the island.

This is the second time my family and I stayed at this property. It’s in a great location and there are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly! We enjoyed the beach and the pool.

Excellent Location and Rooms
The Renaissance has an excellent location at the border of Otrobanda and Munda- accessible to many activities and restaurants and very safe, even at night. My room was spacious, ergonomic, and included a large, flat-screen TV with plentiful American channels and Netflix, with clear reception. In addition, the hotel restaurant buffet menu and food were high quality, both for breakfast and dinner, albeit expensive ($32 USD for breakfast and $50 for dinner. I enjoyed the hotel's man-made beach and saltwater wave pool, although my eyes stung after swimming laps in the pool- too much chlorine. The wave pool and man-made beach was satisfactory to me. However, some people may be disappointed at the lack of a natural beach and accompanying ocean water.

From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and top-notch hospitality, making us feel right at home. The property is stunning, with a perfect blend of modern elegance and Caribbean charm. The highlight of our stay was the infinity saltwater pool overlooking the ocean—a true oasis of relaxation. The private beach is also a wonderful touch, providing a serene and exclusive vibe. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed, offering breathtaking views of the waterfront. We were particularly impressed by the variety of dining options. The restaurants serve delicious dishes with fresh local ingredients, and the cocktails were fantastic! The breakfast buffet was a daily treat with plenty of choices to start the day off right. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, right in the heart of Willemstad. It’s within walking distance of the famous Queen Emma Bridge and colorful Handelskade, so exploring the vibrant city was incredibly convenient. Whether you're looking to relax or explore, this resort has it all. The attention to detail and the genuine care from the staff truly set it apart. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Curaçao!
