Absolutely beautiful and clean hotel. The staff at the front desk were very polite and helpful. Room was cleaned every morning. I love the location of this hotel and the free parking was a plus.

Stayed at Harbor hotel for one week. The hotel was exceptionally clean. Check in was very smooth with the assistance of Susie. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, groceries and to be able to get a taxi to take us wherever we wanted to go. We are seniors .We did not rent a car. There is a casino on the ground floor for anyone who wanted to try their luck. All staff that we met were very friendly and accommodating. The room was cleaned everyday and towels and supplies were replenished in a timely manner.We booked the room with a balcony and with the harbor view so that we can relax during the night sipping our tea and enjoying the view of the harbor with the opening and closing of the Emma bridge and looking at the water etc. We were disappointed that this did nott happen and was not possible because from the balcony floor was the roof of the restaurant and solar light panels were placed on this which obscured the view of the harbor that we thought we would see as was advertised online when we made our choice of the room. The view from the balcony was the buildings across the bridge. Please note that all the rooms on the second floor for which a balcony is advertised has this problem. We addressed this at the reception desk and the person said that they would try to move us to the third floor but this did not make sense for us because all the upper floors did not carry a balcony. They just have a window view. Be careful when booking

This is our second time at this hotel and we can’t be more satisfied. The staff is super friendly and that means a lot to us. I want to say a word about the behind the scenes staff that keep this property amazingly clean. Housekeeping is amazing and on spot every time. We always feel safe in the area. This hotel is in the heart of downtown and shopping/ restaurants are just a quick walk away. Parking is free and directly across the street in a fenced in yard. I recommend renting a car while here. They’re super affordable and the big names are at baggage claim at CUR. Photos attached are of our vacation and not of the hotel.

I loved the the interior of my room. It did have a stale scent during my stay so that's the only thing id really change. The hair dryer was also not working well so I wasn't able to use it. Everything else was fine.
