I highly recommend this property. The staff was friendly, the beds were super comfortable, the food options were extensive, and the slides were tons of fun. If you are looking for a long, walkable beach, then this isn't the place for you. That said, we are pool people, and the pools are huge. :)

Room was big with a great sized balcony. All rooms connect, so super convenient when traveling in a group. The partial ocean view is just fine. You can see and hear the ocean. Buffet was massive. Many, many options and tasted fantastic. While on the beach, there are several bars for drinks nearby, and a lunchtime buffet of bar food if you don’t want to go to the dining hall. My ONLY complaint was people slamming doors all day while in my room. Other than that, would stay again.

I loved that the location had a private beach. Waking up early to enjoy a peaceful moment by the water and watch the cruise ships come in was truly special—a majestic and unique experience for guests. The food was decent, and I especially enjoyed the buffet style, which offered a good variety. Overall, it was a very pleasant and memorable experience.

The resort was clean & wonderful. Positives: The staff was friendly, attentive and very helpful when issues arose. Walking distance to downtown Willemstad (Punda). Negatives: We had issues with the TV not working in the room. When we went to the front desk for the 2nd time they gave us another room. Issue with second room was the King bed was two twins slid together. Our first room was a true King. The downside of the restaurants…you have to book a reservation and it is next to impossible to get one. I tried as early as 8 am every morning for that day or the next day (schedule only allowed you to book same day or 1 day in advance). We were only able to get a reservation once. So we ate the buffet basically every day of our stay (breakfast, lunch and dinner). A great variety of food to choose from, but just stinks to advertise 7 restaurants and you basically only eat at one. Plus you get tired of eating at same restaurant.

This resort was quality for the money! I would choose this resort again if I return to Curaçao! Chuna, the bartender, at the pool bar took excellent care of us, which was very much appreciated! Most of the staff were great and nice! Steven (sp) at reception could not have been any nicer! He went above and beyond for us!! I highly recommend this resort, but I will mention if you do book this place, I would reserve restaurants in advance as that was the only thing we couldn’t do when we arrived. All the restaurants were already booked which stinks when you’re at an all-inclusive. However, the buffet makes up for it with delicious food and items from every restaurant. (We figured that out on our last day! Ha!)

We traveled with our family of 7 and booked 3 rooms. The pros of this property are the view of the oceanview room, the proximity of the beach, the pools, the entertainment and the buffet. The cons were the mexican and sushi restaurants which we strongly do not recommend. Our luggage was delayed until the next day and the gift shop charged me $116 for a pair of shorts and beach sandals. Too expensive. The hotel staff were frankly not personable. They did their jobs but rarely with a smile and very few greeted you unless you did first. The people of Curacao are very friendly wherever you go except at the hotel. There were 3 staff members who were very good, which was Corrinda at the seafood restaurant, Michele at the coffee/bakery shop, and Steven at the front desk. If I ever go back to Curacao I will try another hotel.
