For all inclusive we were not treated as such , no one came to our aid and made us book excursions that were cancelled and never notified us about it , ruining our entire day and made an inconvenience when we wanted our money back.

Just stayed here for five days. At first was disappointed at check in. We arrived 2pm, check in was at 4pm no exceptions. When we tried to check in at 4pm had to wait an additional 30 minutes because the room wasn’t ready. Because of that we were not able to make dinner reservations for that day which was disappointing. There are limited restaurants at the facility and you have to make reservations, no walk ins. The buffet foot was average, nothing special. The beach was beautiful however you had to pay for certain seats/umbrellas which were already limited. If you want good seats, wake up early to claim. The pool itself had algae all over the bottom, could have done a better job of cleaning. The resort is small, with not much to do on the resort itself. If you’re looking to book here do excursions or just do an airbnb to make your curaçao experience more enjoyable.

Things started off a bit rough with the check in, but after settling in, the hotel was wonderful, the bar staff at the pool were kind and fun, the BBQ restaurant was absolutely amazing, the staff at the BBQ restaurant surprised me with a birthday cake and sing to me, the chef even came over and wish me happy birthday, which to me is an absolute honour

I checked in 9/21/2024 at 4pm for my 50th Birthday Celebration. I booked the Presidential Suite and to my dismay it was horrible. I entered a dirty room. The floor was not clean, the shower was not clean. There was left over food drippings on the table from the previous guest. I immediately called downstairs to ask for service and explain how dissatisfied I was with the room. The cost of the was over $500 per night. Furniture is old, the walls were dirty and damaged with a poor paint job. The private pool is old and requires MAJOR UPGRADES AND CHANGES.I could not shower there was hair in the shower. I cleaned the toilet myself with my own supplies. The sheets were dirty. From 4pm- 7:45pm I had to continue to call and go downstairs requesting service for the room to be properly cleaned. It was after 8pm and I was unable to enjoy or go out that evening for dealing with the room issue. Finally some lovely ladies came to clean the room. They agreed the room was not clean. The patio doors were dirty. I requested to speak with a manager or receive a call to discuss. I never received any contact from anyone. They did leave a card basically saying they’re sorry for my experience with Expedia. Not them but Expedia. I was told they had no other room to offer when I asked to switch rooms. They cleaned the room the next day while I was gone on my excursion. After that the staff completely avoided me and would not make eye contact. I will be contacting corporate.

I have to say I really enjoyed my time and carousel and more specifically the mangrove all inclusive resort I didn’t really know what to expect when visiting carousel as I have never been but the food the staff in the atmosphere was wonderful. I definitely want to highlight the efforts of Ren, Terry, Johely and Josh who went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. I can’t wait to return again soon hopefully!

Hotel needs significant upgrade! Broken doors, outlets don’t work, multiple electrical outages, the safe was problematic- had to get it serviced multiple times, poor quality food, drinks are garbage, little to no adult entertainment, barely any music, beach area full of large rocks making it impossible to walk in, RATS on the ground at night. Save your money and go to Mambo beach instead. Shame on Hilton! FYI- the staff Steven and Nina were very nice and accommodating.
