The resort overall was very family friendly and nice. The food was average. Breakfast and lunch lots of variety in the main buffet. Specialty restaurants limited menu options and only average. Minibar in room needs better service . Pools , waterpark and beach area was nice also. Our room faced the pool noisy and music nightly until later hours . We would book a stay here again however with no qualms.

The Corendon was a beautiful property. Most staff were friendly and drinks were good from the bar. I only tried one al carte restaurant, the Maya Mexican, the service was bad and my appetizer was one chip and tablespoon of ceviche. The buffet food was pretty decent, lots of variety. Enjoyed the music at the main pool, played a variety for everyone to enjoy. Pools were cleaned every night

The hotel is very nice. The fact that it is on a private beach is a big plus. However, the amount of kids running around unsupervised was high. The kids were out of control and played in the food at the buffet and I spotted them several times spitting in the pool. With there being four pools on the property, the two on the side of the main building need to be designated to adults. The kids were extremely disruptive and there was no pool that was relaxing and enjoyable. The unruly kids really affected my stay. Nice property but consider the fact that there will be many unwatched children if you choose this hotel.

Love love loved it! Family friendly kids friendly.. My toddler had a blast at the playground y waterpark and pool. Food was amazing, however bar service was a bit slow. But all and all it was a great time and i will deffinitely be back !! :) definitely

The property itself was nice. I liked the restaurant options, however the buffets were not good. It was the same thing at lunch and again at dinner. We always had to wait for plates to even get our food. The staff didn't seem interested in being there. As someone with an allergy, I found it very hard to figure out what I could eat. Nothing was labeled and when I asked the staff didn't seem clear what I was asking. I didn't want to do this for every tray every day. The outside buffet was the exact same every day. Mainly all fried food. No fruit or vegetable options, it was chicken nuggets, fries, springs rolls, etc. every day. Except for a select few, Teddy at the pool bar, Frances pool side clean up and the gentleman at the pizza station, I found the staff to all to be not very happy to be there. Felt like an inconvenience when we asked questions. Was very surprised by this.

I was for 1 week and the staff was so rude. The room so dirty, never change the sheets for the beds for 1 week. My kids get sick there from the foods. I NEVER BE AGAIN THERE.

The property does not have enough staff, and restaurant reservations are very limited because they only have enough personnel to serve a few tables per restaurant. This forced me to eat at the buffet, even though there are seven a la carte restaurants available. There is no restaurant for breakfast or lunch everything has to be at the buffet. The beach is too rocky, making it hard to enjoy. The place it’s clean and friendly personal but very disappointing to be honest
