The room was okay, the big problem were the beds. They were sinking in the middle and it made for a rough night of sleep.

It’s so good.
Nice stay. Close to many restaurants nearby. Staff is friendly and quick. Room is given with mini fridge & microwave. No hypes, just to the point. I’ll use this place every time when I am visiting Appalachian.

The picture on the website would have been acceptable, but reality is this is the lowest grade of a hotel because the bathroom is from the original construction. I chose not to stay and definitely didn’t want to take a shower

We stayed here while we didn't have power in our hometown due to hurricane Helene. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We were very stressed and they eased our minds for the few days we stayed there. Thank you to them all!

As a female traveling alone with dog, the first room I was assigned, I didn’t get a good vibe as there were multiple men hanging over the second story railings as I pulled up to the room. I didn’t even go into the room. I went to the office and requested another room and explained why. He offered a refund or another room on the property which had three buildings. I checked in and felt perfectly fine in that location.

We had to leave the premises we asked for a cancellation but never got an answer. We did not stay in the room. It was unsafe, unsanitary, staff was not in uniform or presentable, people around the hotel were not trustworthy and were asking our family sketchy questions. I request a full refund on this because this was not safe for my family to stay.

This was a nice room for a nice. Everything was good besides the weirdness happening outside which we believed was a drug deal. Other than that everything was great
