I mean, you get what you pay for. We had a two room suite, the second room was not touched by the cleaners. Their pillows are terrible and they have no extras. The guys working the front desk completely disregard you.

My husband and i stayed only one night. There were homeless people everywhere. Trash was piled all over the grounds. There were no bars of soap in the room. There was what looked like urine ran down the wall and dried in the room. Bed felt really worn out. Breakfast served the next morning fidnt come with any drinks other than coffee. Overall it was terrible and we will not be back.

Hotel over all looks good on outside but inside needs upgraded holes in walls, toilet was running all the time and barley flushed there was no refrigerator or microwave. Bedding was clean towels clean and replaced daily great room attendant but front desk needs improvement nobody was around to help couple guest with service we waited 10mins. A lot of homeless people around hotel begging for money, all of trash and broken bottles in parking lot

The man who checked me in was nice, but over all 1 star. My trip was just for 1 night & I was ready to book at another hotel as soon as I got to my room. And for the price, I should have. Room did not feel clean. I sanitize my rooms always, but I really really sanitized this room. The day of check I was trying to get bottle cap that fell behind TV, & the most disgusting thing I saw was somebody bloody towel & tampon. NEVER will stay here again. Hotels are not clean anyways, but that topped the cake. I took a pic & showed house keeper guy, & the front desk when I dropped my key off. Learned my lesson I will just stick to my normal hotels I stay at.
