Rooms very small, 2 towels per room. Hair dryer mounted to the wall but no outlet. Breakfast was an absolute joke.. ill never stay here again

Excellent and friendly staff! I am in Wichita for a hospitalized family member, so I was exhausted and stressed; the gentleman at the front desk made check in effortless and was very friendly! Definitely looking to book again soon for visiting family members.

Poorly maintained rooms, cracked peeling paint on bathroom door, no exhaust fan in shower room and tub leaked which made room humid. Towels not replenished nor enough provided for two people. And to top it off, we had to get our room key reactivated for each day of stay after 11am though paid in advance.

Hotel was in a state of disrepair. Commons such as lobby, elevators and dining area were dirty. Room A/C unit was noisy and toilet constantly ran. We had to shut off the water valve to stop it from running all night long.

The hotel staff and facilities were very nice. I was told that the downtown area was not a good place to be, but we had no problems. The only issue i had was that i could not add an additional night in the same room. I had to check out, make a new reservation, and check back in to a different room. Not a problem, just a hassle

the hotel was in a very unsafe location due to homeless persons staying adjacent to the hotel. We were also harassed by a drunk in the hotel parking lot and he made sexual gestures toward us. The hotel only had one rickety luggage cart and it has almost never available. The lobby was under some construction and messy and there was trash piled up on the 3rd floor near the elevator. Even when I told them about it, they ignored me and it was still there the next day. I will never stay there again.

There was a bad musty smell. The AC unit was so loud I could barely sleep. The sheets and towels also did not smell clean, definitely no bleach was used.
