I wanted to give this stay 5 stars all the way. Everything was perfect until we returned to our room after breakfast to find that the door deadbolt had malfunctioned due to a shoddy attempt at repair and our belongings were locked inside our room. We were on a long journey to my mother’s funeral and did not have hours to spare. We worked for an hour and a half to get back in the room. The desk staff were kind but not helpful and this had obviously happened before. I would not stay here again.

The front desk staff was especially kind and welcoming. The property was clean and nice. We were especially happy that the pool and hot tub were warm and in great condition with towels well stocked. Our only complaint was that the walls were paper thin and they decided to put the few guests they had all right next to each other. It was VERY noisy as the people next to us were watching TV and talking loudly late into the night. I could even hear their cell phone alarm going off repeatedly in the morning. If the walls are as thin as they are, they could at least give guests the courtesy of spreading them out a bit when there's space in the hotel to do so.

Very nice for a quick stayover before we headed south. Enjoyed the hot tub. Room was very clean. Desk attendant was very nice and made check in easy. Breakfast was more than adequate. Will stay again.

We were pleased with our stay at this hotel. It was a clean, comfortable room with a large bathroom, cozy beds, a TV that was easy to navigate, and easy access from the Kansas Turnpike and from the parking lot to our room. Check-in was seamless and we ordered food from a restaurant nearby which was also seamless. I would mark them down a notch for a weak fitness center and the shower curtain, which did not provide enough coverage, so the floor flooded when my wife and I took showers. However, the wife loved the large counter for all her skin care and makeup items. For some reason, many hotels have tiny counters, which is really annoying for her.
