Debit card machine broken. Bathroom filthy. Television broken. Had to stay on all night. Room phone broken and unable to use. Cigarette burn in in bed spread. Broken electric outlets. Sofa-bed wouldn't stay down. Had to leave and go get cash to pay for room. This was very deceptive. I NEVER want to stay there again and I won't recommend it to anyone else.

This was the most noise I've ever heard in a hotel room. The people next to me had small kids running and screaming and a barking dog. Loud music for a while in the common area. Cleaning and sweeping rooms at 7pm. Older hotel.

Pretty easy access, noisy between rooms, electrical boxes in room need repairs. Lamps had plugins in basses of lamps were so wore out couldn't make connection with things that I wanted to plug in. The rooms were clean and nice otherwise.

Toilet was not attached to the floor. Every time the toilet was used, water would leak under the toilet. Room had mold. Floor was not clean. It had bugs. AC unit was filthy. No one at front desk when arriving.

I booked this hotel, because our church conference hotel was much more expensive. You get what you pay for, and this was no exception. Checking in, I immediately felt like I was entering a morgue. It was unusually quiet and just felt "cold." The power for the breakfast items was out, so no coffee, juice or pancakes. My room's shower had no hot water, so they moved me to a room that did. Still, the property used to be a Quality Inn Suites, and I suspect it was much nicer then but hasn't been maintained. The tub's molding was missing, and the couch in my first room was all worn. On the plus side, once they got the power back on, the breakfast was okay, and the staff was accommodating. It was adequate, if you don't mind a hotel that is in dire need of an update. Would I book it again? Probably not. If you go, just remember you get what you pay for.
