Upon making reservation(s), I was told the pool was operational and in use. Upon checking in, we were told the pool has been down for awhile. The couch in the room was very worn and torn. The sitting chair arm was visibly broken. The sheets on one bed were stained. The bathroom floor was dirty, and the ceiling texture was falling down due to visible water damage. I was unable to cancel my reservation and move to another hotel due to the military airshow being in town that weekend (24-25 August 2024).

We had several problem. (None of which were the hotels fault) The staff went sbove and beyond to correct issue.vThey were super friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be staying again. Please keep in mind that the middle of the hotel is a tropical atrium so it was very humid in common areas. Breakfast was a normal continental breakfast but is a good option. The room was very spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds. Definitely recommend if lookin for a cheap confortable stay!

When I first entered, all of the sheets are dirty and had dirt on them, the toilet was dirty as well. It was completely disgusting. Very disappointed and would never recommend this place ever.

The parking lot had needles from people shooting up, dirty underwear, and sketchy nightlife activity. The building had no air conditioning beyond inside the room. Which speaking of, the air unit blew directly onto the bed and if you were the unlucky person to sleep on said bed, you were freezing the whole night while the rest of the room was hot. Our room was not swept or mopped prior to us checking in. And don’t get me started on the “breakfast”.
