A little luxury for family of 6 plus a dog. :D
Nice, safe location. Beautiful inside and out, smelled really pleasant! Rooms were clean and spacious. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Was nervous about bringing our dog, but turned out well. Would definitely stay again!

I've stayed at this property many times before and the last two times including this one the cleanliness has been very subpar this time I kept finding long strands of hair everywhere it was disgusting!!! and the floors look like they hadn't been swept or mopped won't be staying here again.

The hotel was fine but the noise level was awful. The room above us was extremely loud. Then the next morning we had to listen to a screaming child for 2 hours because the walls are apparently very thin. Not our best stay.

We loved the location of the hotel, speedy checkin and checkout, staff was super friendly, bed was a bit uncomfortable (time to get new matresses.) Facilities were modern, and they had a very good breakfast in the morning. I actually found out that if you book directly through the hotel, the rate was close to $130 per night, and so for two nights I would have paid $300 instead of $525. I was a bit disappointed that Expedias rates were so much higher. That was my fault for not checking on that sooner, but due to circumstances beyond our control found ourselves really needing something close to the university and I did not think Expedia would over charge.

We loved how quiet and peaceful our stay was here. I slept a full 8 hrs, which hasn't happened in weeks. We liked how close to the restaurants this hotel was and the kids enjoyed the pool even though it was under maintenance for the heater being out. We did find dog food under the couch and on the rug when we checked in, not a deal breaker, but we do like a spotless room.
