Clean and comfy.
the room was very clean and comfortable and had appropriate amenities. The only issue we had was the fact that our room overlooked Douglas Street, which is busy and noisy at night. Not much you can do about it, though.

We stayed here because it was close to the hospital our son was in. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. All the staff -Robert, Len and others whose names I don’t know- were so helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Our room was comfortable and quiet. What we didn’t have the energy to do they did for us.

It was definitely a clean room. The closet was designed in a way where you could actually step into it to get ready, which was very useful. It also had great lighting, a full-length mirror and metal drawers, which were very clever. However, the friendliness of the staff is what stood out to me. Literally from the moment we parked to our check-out we were greeted with friendly, helpful + warm staff members. There names were Robert + Kylar, I believe.
