Friendly staff. Had to change rooms do to plumbing issue and leaking water from shower. Wasn’t impressed with the guy who came to fix the toilet. Did absolutely nothing to help the situation. Front desk was able to move us to “better” room. Very helpful.

Check-in was easy, and the staff was incredibly sweet! When I got into the room and inspected it before setting down, I immediately realized the towel rack in the bathroom and all of the towels were on the floor! I informed the front desk immediately, and she said she would "make a note of it." That was it.

We have stayed at this property many times over last 10 years and it has continually gone downhill. The area could be dangerous at night due to the new convenience store built right next door. It attracts interesting characters especially at night. The property is dated and needs update..The rooms are just ok and breakfast is marginal. It used to be great. The heaters for the food were inoperable both days this time and the food was cold....The workout room had equipment that was inoperable, apparently for quite a time. No luggage trays in rooms any more....it's sad...
