My fiancé and I stayed here for a few days and everything was smooth sailing the first 2 days. We asked front desk if they could clean our room while we were out. My fiancé and I were out for more than 3 hours and we came back to the hotel and nothing had been done. We had to go up to the front desk multiple times to ask for clean towels and for someone to clean the room. I tried to call the front desk to ask if they can bring us extra cups and a bag for the ice bucket and the phone was not plugged in nor was there a place to plug it in. We were in the far back of the hotel so we had to walk to go grab more cups and bags. There were people above us who were making an excessive amount of noise while my fiancé and I were sleeping. Banging on the floor, screaming, and running around. We had to walk up to the front desk to let them know the people above us were making tons of noise at 11:30 at night. Not the best stay and for the price I would not recommend staying here.

Noisy Bed

The bed created a problem for us. We had to be up early the next for a meeting my husband had. Kept hearing something like trash containers being emptied. My husband finally realized it was our bed. It had a metal frame. Every time you turned over or got out of bed it made that noise. Very irritating and made for a lack of sleep.

Although this hotel has comfortable beds and is clean, it also has some of the worst towels I've ever used. The tub slopes backwards as you face the shower, which is uncomfortable. Also, the toilet in our room was not properly seated and had a deafening flush. The sink faucet required very careful handling to avoid a gush of water that splashed onto the floor.

Very nice. The beds - made of metal- made a metal buckling sound when you got in & got out. Was fine when you slept. Was kind of unsettling when you first got in- wondered if it was OK at first. We weigh about 190 x 2.

BEST HIDDEN GEM

Absolutely LOVE this hotel. They are kind compassionate, accommodating , clean , comfortable etc. their manager Andy is awesome. This place is a hidden Gem and I am glad we found it. Andy went above and beyond to help us and gave us a room on the first floor to help us as their elevator wasn’t in service and my mom is disabled. The beds are like clouds and they have a bunch of pillows on each bed. The rooms are clean and comfortable and they have thermostats on the walls you cns switch from heat to cold anytime with no issues. The showers get nice and hot and have wonderful water pressure. They have good size fridges a refrigerator and microwave and also have breakfast in the morning from 6am-9am that has the best eggs, sausages, pancakes, biscuits, juices, cereals, muffins, bagels, yogurt, banana, apples, oatmeal’s with toppings and so much more. You will be happy you chose this place. Like I said it’s a hidden gem off the highway on the outskirts of Wichita but you are still in Wichita basically. It’s my favorite go to place now. I would give this place 100 STARS if possible.

Good service, drafty windows

The hotel was decent. The service was great. But the windows were drafty and we heard the wind through them all night. Also, the beds had a metal sheeting surrounding the base that made a weird sound every time you move in the bed. Also, my deadbolt didn't work on our door. My kids enjoyed the pool, but the water was cold and a draft from outside was let in through open windows.

If youre looking to chillax in the room, i wouldnt recommend. It was a very noisy hotel. I could hear all the neighbors conversations, the house keepers, etc. Thought it was odd that there wasnt a clock in the room and the breakfast was the worst ive ever had
