First floor looks nice but anything above still has the same old smelly carpets. The windows could use same cleaning. Bed linens in our room were nice and clean. The lady who checked us in was very friendly.

The service was really good. Not the most comfortable bed due to needing a new mattress. The toilet was also loose. Overall it was nice, but needed some changes.

I had a great stay at the Best Western North Side Inn. The room was exceptionally clean, and the Wi-Fi was strong, making it easy to stay connected. Parking was convenient with plenty of space available. The rates were affordable, and the reception staff was friendly and welcoming. Plus, having breakfast available each morning was a nice bonus. Highly recommended!

The hotel was what we paid for… it wasn’t the best of Best Western. The toilet didn’t flush and it had a bad stench. It was on the cheaper side. It was Not what we expected

The reviews claimed the Hotel was "Wonderful". Not in my opinion. There were dead bugs and a long black hair on the bathroom wall. The room was small. The best I would give it is MAYBE a very good rating.

Nice and staff is very friendly. My only complaint is the ramp to get in and out of the hotel. Its a little steep so if you drive quikly up or down your going to scrape the bottom bumper. I had to drive diagonal to get in and out.

This is an older refurbished property. Not in a great area. The staff was nice and the bed was comfortable, but you heard all the noise from the hall from the early morning hours. Finding a place to eat was a challenge.
