Great service, but fumbled room cleaning.

Checkin was backed up because the hotel only had one person working, but once I got to the desk Sadie was very efficient and quick. Got to the room, everything appeared fine except it looked like housekeeping did not vacuum between guests. Then we turned down the beds. The sheets obviously had not been changed between occupants. One had a large brown stain of what appeared to be food (I hope) and a very long human hair on the fitted sheet. The second bed was covered in short human hairs near the foot of the bed. Contacted the desk and Sadie gave me the option of a new room since there was no housekeeping staff working that late (10pm). Went to get the new key and Sadie then offered fresh sheets, if we wanted to change them ourselves. I took this option. She did come photograph the problem so she could show her manager. Great service by Sadie. Terrible cleaning by whomever was responsible for our room. And I’m a little concerned that management only has one employee here at night. What if there is an emergency?

They had two packages of ear plugs on the nightstand. Very noisy. Someone had a fire in a microwave 8 30 pm. Smoke was every where. We checked out and went to another motel. We had reasrvations there one week later, did not stay there. I will not be staying there in the future.
