They have an indoor pool, but it's not heated. I assumed it would be heated since the point of an indoor pool is to be able to use it year-round. That is my only complaint. Everything else about this property was wonderful.

The desk clerk was so welcoming and sweet! Very friendly and easy check in. We were tired from a long day of travel and she was such a breath of fresh air! She gave us all necessary info quickly and efficiently and even reminded us about breakfast. The room was so comfortable and we ended up sleeping in a bit and did get breakfast, which was fantastic! So convenient! We loved our short stay and will definitely use Fairfield again!

The receptionist was cery nice as always. The room however was extremely dirty. The walls of shower still had conditioner stuck to it. The floors were dirty. There is some kind of spot on wall with tv. Overall, friendly staff but room was disgusting.

Clean, convenient location, nice breakfast and staff, comfy sleeping. Very small indoor pool. Great for visiting the base, airport and downtown if you have a car/uber. Close to the Lucy park/falls/nature center. Cant walk to anything really due to the roads/traffic though everything within a few miles. Very happy with our choice qnd stay.

I liked the room, it was neat and clean. I especially liked the breakfast variety. I liked that there was shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The only thing that grieved me, is that they did not make the beds or clean the room. When I asked for fresh towels they said they would send some up, but no one ever came. When I went down to the front desk after 4 hours, the girl told me that they didn't have any fresh towels. Other than this issue, everything was great. If I visit again, I do plan on staying here again.

We Loved the hotel! The area is not at the quality of the hotel. It is probably a hotel to accommodate the AF base which is fine. We really had to go find a place to eat. Still not a problem considering the high quality of the hotel!

Great experience! Daytime Front desk Lady was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable! Rooms were very clean and modern! Breakfast had a wide variety to choose from. Coffee was delicious! Definitely recommend staying here! On a busy highway road, try to request the back side of the property.
