Wonderful hidden gem tucked off the highway. Clean & friendly. They do have a cat living on premises.. so if your allergic be prepared.

Getting there was really scary hassle. Google maps led me off the highway through dark back single kane roads in bad weather. I nearly gavebup trying to find this place due to construction detours.

Humidity poor A/C. Saturated wet carpet
Please get this hotel up to healthier expectations!!! Walking to our room the hallway was lined with dehumidifiers. We were in room 118. We live in the south so are aware of heat-humidity. This was sickening to open our door and overwhelmed with strong pet urine. We found the source of it was the wet carpet from having such high humidity in it > 70%. While we don’t expect frills in a pet friendly hotel, we do expect healthy conditions. Absolutely strong pet urine. Wet rug. Our clothes were wet from humidity next morning. Please fix this health hazard. Nobody should go to this hotel until it is fixed. We thought it was an isolated situation when we first read reviews, unfortunately it is not. We would have left but we traveled 9 hours and there was nothing else near. Also make sure to bring food. No place for food unless you go 10 miles further and if you get there after 6 places are not open. In summary we barely slept because of the lack of healthy air flow,strong pet urine odor. We had to keep our clothes/shoes on for health reasons. Our poor two well behaved indoor older labs we had to pay additional pet fees would only lay down by the door wanting out of there.

No frills here in this tiny town
So this was an interesting hotel, it looks like they took a building and turned into a Best Western. I'd say it was pretty clean and a decent stay, the beds were actually not too bad. No pool or extras here and the breakfast was non existent. The think my wife and I really did not like though was even though parking spaces were slanted, they were created for smaller cars so since a ton of trucks stayed the night we did we could not drive through the parking lot as we almost hit everyone's vehicle. Staff was super friendly though and even gave us help on finding food in a small town. For the price I paid I'd say it was a decent experience.

The good, the ok and the UGLY
The good, the OK and the ugly: The Good: Very friendly staff and smooth check in. Property was clean (other than being a swamp -see ugly below). Rooms were very large and would be good for a family if the UGLY below was fixed. The OK Breakfast was very minimal, and beds were just ok. Glad it was not a multi-night stay. The Ugly: Dehumidifiers in the hallway. Carpet in room felt soggy and entire atmosphere was humid. AC in room would not adequately cool, even on lowest setting. Was overly hot all night. Woke up with a bad sinus headache. If I had not checked in so late at night after traveling for many hours, I would have left and tried to go elsewhere but at that point it was a safety issue, because I was so tired, so I stayed. Reserved a room at this place because it was rated at a 9 on Hotels.com. How it got that rating is beyond me. I travel this route frequently but will not stay at this property again and cannot recommend unless you are desperate, particularly at the amount they are charging. I feel ripped off.
