The staff at this hotel are exceptional. We lived in the hotel 6 years ago when we first moved to town. The staff couldn't have been nicer - they made us feel secure and welcome. Imagine that during our recent stay, some of the same staff were there and remembered us. Bless them! This hotel has what you've come to expect from Quality Inn and the Choice Hotel group, but with the warmth of your home town.

The staff was very helpful and empathetic to my needs. I was traveling and came down with a bad migraine. I couldn't drive and messed up the reservation online. Front desk staff was very acommodating and assisted me quickly and effectively.

Disgusting Property! Full Refund Requested!

This property was disgusting! The room assigned at checking had soiled/stained sheets, it smelled like someone had just moved their bowels and marijuana, and the electricity was not working on one wall near bed! We spoke with the front desk clerk and was assigned a different room. When we arrived at the door to this room it was unlocked and open.It didn’t close! Further, the wood near the lock had been chipped away so that the lock didn’t work! It did not have a comfortable/safe feel with people lurking in the hallways and parked in the back of the property. We left and did not stay. I have requested a full refund!
