It was ok comfortable enough and clean. The kitchen would have been useful but no dishes or cookware or silverware. Only options for breakfast unhealthy no yogurt fruit or even milk for cereal

Loved the town..hotel was great, very clean, comfy beds. Had a large refrigerator, hot plate and sink. Had a grill outside if you wanted to use it. Many restaurants and shopping options. Would definitely stay here again.

Charge for dirty/“stained” towels
Had my wife’s purple shampoo spill in our suitcase - used a face clothe to clean it up a bit and wrapped it up in a hand towel. Charged $100 USD because they say they can’t get the shampoo out of the towels and it apparently bled through and got on the tub and shower curtain. Kicker is they never called or communicated this in any way - simply charged my card $100 a few hours after checkout. I also don’t recall it ever being outlined. It seems like if something were to occur the most common is smoking in a room as every hotel talks about their non smoking policy and fees other than that linens It’s also incredibly common that hotels provide clothes or towels for makeup or shoe polish. So do you charge money for those? If not, how do you clean shoe polish but can’t get shampoo out. Regardless, it feels shady without communication before and after. If it is your clearly stated policy, it’s still bizarre and incredibly uncommon. I have never been charged for face clothes or towels and I’ve gotten them dirty from shoes or food or my wife’s makeup

Useful rooms to stay in. Didn’t realize the room didn’t come equipped with anything in the kitchen but what was there (fridge, microwave, cooktop) all seemed useful. Shower is a bit weak too but otherwise a decent place to stay.
