Not in a tux
We accidentally stayed here on business. That I would not recommend but if we were on vacation this would be a great spot. We didn’t expect this to be on hotels.com because it was a bit roughing it but we’ll worth it had we been on vacation. Breakfasts were fantastic

I like the concept. The presentation is lacking. I found 2 different wifi instructions- neither one worked. There is nothing posted about checkout times. The bed was comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was good. The room was clean.

I wasnt sure what we were getting into when this was booked. My son and I stayed in a wall tent. No electricity, TVs, or heaters, etc. Port o potty close by with shared bathroom a short, kinda fun walk away. Animals everywhere and its doggie friendly. Beds were super comfy and even though it got pretty cold, we stayed warm under the covers and it was just super fun to stay overnight like that. Wasps were out of control during the day. If you come here, just be ready to turn it all off and actually talk to your neighbors or maybe eben lose track of your cell phone. Dont need it here. There is wifi and it works great, but what was better were some of the people we met, and kitty cats that allowed us to pet them, haha. We will be back.

Definitely wasn’t what was represented online, bathrooms were far from the outdoor tent experience, limited lighting, dirty, uncomfortable feeling with some of the staff. The restaurant and check-in process were terrible. It smelled terrible… Like sewer, check-in was right by the restaurant the gal who checked me and had the filthiest hands I’ve ever seen and she had just left the kitchen. Felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. We let them know that we were uncomfortable and would not be staying, requested a refund. Specifically, the bathroom situation was uncomfortable for us due to limitations. But all of the other issues were unacceptable. We booked an alternative property. I requested a refund… I would like your help in retrieving that. Thank you!

It’s a Tee Pee
Stayed in the Tee-Pee. No heat, no electricity, very poor internet. If you don’t care about those things and want to rough it. The Tee-Pee may be for you. Overall experience was not bad for myself.

Nice area. Quiet in nature surroundings but the cabins are poorly maintained. The main bed was ok the couch and the loft bed were terrible. We had to sleep on one bed because the couch bedding was dirty and the mattress on it were basically springs. Poorly cleaned. Too bad because the surroundings are nice and the owners are nice. All it needs is to be maintained and cleaned better.

The cabins are cozy and nice. Tipis are a little too spartan, far from bathrooms and very cold ( no heat) when I stayed (41 degrees at night). Staff pleasant.

The shared bathhouse consisted of one sink, one toilet and one shower stall in an unheated building. This bathhouse was an inconvenient distance if one was in urgent need of a toilet. Two portapotties were closer but both were full and really needed to be emptied. One had no sanitizer the other had no toilet paper. The tipi we stayed in was okay. It was primitive but we expected that. The bed sheets and pillows were very worn. The breakfast was good and the natural setting was beautiful.

We could not have had a better experience. Lonesome Dove is the real West, right now. Simple and extremely comfortable, in every way. We loved the owner and staff - especially Natasha the buffalo!

A comfortable CAMPING (not GLAMPING) arrangement
I'm torn on how to rate our stay. Let me start by saying my family tent camps. We're Scouts and used to unique roughing it experiences. The setting is pretty cool with horses and a buffalo. Woke up to roosters crowing. The bathhouse had warm water shower. We were comfortable enough, but it's an exaggeration to call it glamping. Pretty basic tent with hard beds and that's it. It would be improved with adequate blankets, fluffy warm comforter and decent pillows. We were told we could take blankets from other empty tents, but not top of mind when you wake up cold in the night. It would be nice to add a chair or table inside or on the decking. The site boasts a breakfast but not before 8:30 am. So, we were long gone by then. We came for hiking at Glacier. I wonder what percent stay for an 8:30 breakfast. the office was closed when we arrived about 7pm with a phone number on the door. It said our info for arrival would be in a box, but it was empty. The owner did come over quickly. All said, it was ok. It might have been fun to stay for a day or a trail ride, but we were on a mission to see Glacier and this was a reasonable price for a roof over our heads. Do check out Ceres Bakery in Kalispell. It was delish! Loved the huckleberry and cinnamon buns.

Lovely rustic property. Great walking around. Saw Bear deer and cats were friendly. Staff was friendly. Cleaning crew could use some coaching. Very comfortable and best sleep. Animals on property fun to see and watch. Breakfast was lovely Lorie better with children than two adult couples

The expedia ad said we were getting a private bathroom but it was shared I selected that room because of that reason.. It also said there was a restaurant. When we arrived they said they need 24 hours notice to make a meal. Not really a restaurant. The room and bed clothes were dusty. There was also only one channel on the T.V. During check-in no information was shared. We had to ask about Wi-fi etc. The breakfast and the service at breakfast was good. That was the only positive thing. The ranch itself was alright if you like horses etc. Not sure where the good reviews came from.

You could tell they are trying, but missing on many marks. Arrived at about 4:30. 3 was checkin..needed to wait 30min while cabin was cleaned. Price was ok considering what others around were charging.(whitefish/columbiafalls/kalispell, but quite remote from any conveniences. Provided breakfasts were a little weak.

The bed was comfortable. However the description didnt cover the smell of animals in the house. Due to allergies it was uncomfortable. Broken water faucet in bathroom and overall dirt and dust left some to be desired.
