The place is nice and located perfectly, the only thing is the pool is not supervised at all, and when we tried to take our kids, there were some people peeing in the pool, spitting in it, one was extremely sick and threw up a bit, another was bleeding all over(all siblings btw) it was a disaster and the water looked disgusting

The facility and front desk staff were very good. Room service was somewhat lacking, with some items like toiletries, morning coffee and tea, etc., not being replenished at a rate I would expect at a Hilton. However, the staff were quick to remedy the situation. Overall, our experience was a positive one.

We visited with our 2 German shepherd's and the property was awesome and extremely pet friendly. From treats at check in to the great walking area behind the hotel with poop supply's it was a pleasure to stay. Amanda from the front desk was particularly amazing. Breakfast was very good and had a good selection. We definitely be back!

Overall this hotel was pretty good! The staff was super sweet and personable and they offered a great breakfast. We stayed in a full kitchen suite, which worked great for our group. My only complaint was that the dishwasher seemed to have mold or something inside. We ended up just using paper plates with our take-out food.

The breakfast was horrible. They didn’t turn the room the next day as we came back and the garbages were still full and towels were not switched. I had to call down to the front desk at 5pm the lady told me they only do it every two days but that’s not what the sign in the room said, it said everyday. Then my daughter lost her Air Pods and checked with the front desk and they said no one turned anything in the most and found. Well when we looked on the app on her phone to locate the Air pods it kept showing a location other than our room. So we followed the map on the phone inside the hotel and heard the AirPods ringing as we got closer and it was in the maids room in their lost and found. At the bottom with a sticky note on it saying “if these aren’t claimed Josephine wants them” so we went to the front desk and let the lady know she clearly didn’t check or she wanted her co worker to have these air pods. Told the lady at the front desk that was dishonest and I’m glad we didn’t give up finding these air pods because Josephine would have gotten a free pair if we did… The Breakfast was horrible, the staff has sticky fingers, and the maid service was horrible. Will never be back!
