They don’t let you check in until 4:00pm. Breakfast is not included. To purchase it is a whopping $27/person. The breakfast buffet is on par of other hotels that include the breakfast. We only bought it the first day. They do not put out coffee. If you want coffee, you have to purchase a cup from the front desk and make it in the common area. Dinning/bar staff was very rude and slow to respond. The location is semi-convenient but not worth the extra cost. I would stay close to NYC or inside White Plains. We will not stay here again

This hotel was nice, the only thing I was not a big fan of was the overcrowded lobby. I felt like it was a hassle to enter and exit the doors because people were permitted to block doorways and the main hallway to get to the elevators. I understand people are eager to congregate, but a kind reminder to move over for guests just trying to get up to their rooms by staff would have made the experience much more welcoming.

I was concerned about noise since I was on the ground level but it was "hear a pin drop" quiet. Unfortunately, I didnt ask beforehand about discount for senior, AAA or AARP, all of which applies to me but was told discounts not eligible afterwards and they had not asked. I would have been happy with a credit for a future stay
