Great location. Staff went above and beyond. Everything was clean. Rooms could be soundproofed better but nothing beyond the norm. We just had some exceptionally rude neighbors for a couple of the nights who didnt keep their voices down and kept slamming doors in the wee hours. Not the hotels fault and it didnt last long enough to complain.

I wish I could add photos of the disgustingness I experienced. Blood stained towels, dark black hairs in bed and “clean” towels. Garbage still in the can in our room. Absolutely disgusting pool area. I felt legitimately unwell that I left less than two hours into my stay and was denied any form a refund or compensation when I called the next day. Such a bummer to experience as a Marriott Bonvoy member.
