Great location- short drive from JFK. Room was large and really clean. Breakfast was basic, limited choices but fresh. Only issue was air conditioning unit in the room - sounded like an aeroplane firing up every 20-30 minutes throughout the night! Check out staff had no real interest in this as we left. Unlikely to use facility again as needed sleep.

I’ve stayed here twice, and I haven’t had any issues. The last time my room was on a lower floor in the back near a shopping corridor. I could hear music playing outside, but it wasn’t enough to disturb my sleep. The building was very busy this time, but it was still quiet and check-in was fast and easy. Even though there were so many guest, breakfast went smoothly and staff came around to see if we needed to assistance. I’ll stay there again.

The hotel stay was comfortable and conveniently near the shopping mall and restaurants. Unfortunately, the front desk lady was passive aggressively rude. Also the lock on the room door did not work - I hope they fix it. I let the rude front desk lady know- don’t think she cared.

Good Stay Good Value
Four night stay multipurpose trip. Fair price for NYC area. Staff is welcoming, responsive and attentive. Hotel is comfortable and clean, rooms are large and well equipped (just a little worn but well kept and clean) breakfast is adequate (used to be more interesting). Location is excellent. If with a car, parking is free and just 2 minutes from major hi ways. In middle of streetscape mall makes a variety of restaurants and shops, just outside the door.
