Such a gem with quick access to lots of areas
I always stay here when I visit family in NYC. It is attached to an outdoor shopping mall so you have everything you need within reach. The breakfast is extensive and has good healthy options. I love the lack of paper plates and styrofoam cups. The rooms are newly renovated, comfortable and roomy. The staff are welcoming and helpful. This is a quiet, clean gem of a hotel. Highly recommend.

We had a great time. Service was excellent; breakfast was great; room was large and clean. Parking is odd - a mall parking lot - but well explained. Would definitely stay here again.

I liked that the hotel was in an outdoor mall with a Target and grocery store. It was perfect for college move-in at Fordham. Breakfast buffet was good as was room size. Room cleaning was every 3 days and a day was missed due to a sick guest. We constantly had to ask for towels as the room we had had a shower for people with limited mobility and the shower water went everywhere.

I had an issue with the TV in my room for 3days, which I reported on the first day before it was addressed and only after I took a photo of it before it was finally corrected. I did not receive any compensation at all. My visit was almost $1600,
