Overall a nice stay
A beautifully redone hotel and spacious and beds very comfy. Staff friendly but 2 issues: computers were down and checking took @ 1 hour due to the wait time. It would have been good for staff to talk to the people waiting in line to let them know the issue. Also, the hotel lobby felt like it was 80 degrees! It was cold outside but way too hot inside.

Location was good. Close enough to visit family. Near shops and restaurants. Hotel breakfast was ok. HVAC system needs to be upgraded. Makes loud noise when system is on. Parking should be free. But other than that, i willl stay there again in the near future.

I booked my stay for 1 week, 4 days in a row the guest above my room kept rolling something on the floor, stumping and banging on the floor. I made the front desk aware the very 1st next morning hoping to get it resolved. Nothing happened, day 3 at 2am, I called the front desk to ask them to kindly reach out to the room above and nothing was done. Day 4, I also made them aware and the answer was always the same. "Thank you, we will let them know" I appreciate that they cleaned my room everyother day.

The facility and equipment are somewhat old especially the hair dryer. The other equipment are not functioning such as the ice machine and the swimming pool shower. However, the accommodation was excellent.

Clean. Great breakfast options. Parking should be complementary. Our room was next to the storage room which brought some noise issues during most of the day. No stores near so you got to buy from the lobby at no cheap prices.

I’ve never used a Hilton hotel or any other hotel that charges for parking? Also, the night staff was friendly but the morning staff was rude and unprofessional. The staff who served breakfast was rude and mean, I had to report her. The price was expensive even for a rewards membership, the room had nothing in it we had to request tissue and soap. The toilet was stopped up and instead of staff taking care of it they gave us a plunger.
